I agree, worst customer service ever. I purchases a large building 13 years ago when they were a family company. Great service then and price, now that they are owned by another group, their service is horrible. I do mean horrible.Cost of cover only (+ installation) to replace is $1,000 more than the entire new building 13 years ago.First attempt to get the cover replaced, it was made wrong. They charged my credit card for the entire amount 4 days before the 1st installation was supposed to happen. Second attempt tomorrow (a month later and no call to confirm they are coming out). We'll see.Also, having to pay prior to installation is BS.

Buyer Beware do not use this company! Worst customer service ever. First off I paid 3 times what a traditional yurt costs just to have it engineered for my area and now after spending 4 days of my time to have it delivered without success they are willing to have me pay over to have it reshaped at my cost for a 21000 dollar building. Over 120 dollar storage fee. Worst customer service ever now I have to contact an attorney to have a refund issued to me.

least helpful customer service i've ever encountered. If i ever did manage to get ahold of somebody, it was impossible to get a straight answer out of them. look elsewhere.
