Feedback:

I contacted WebFX because I need an outside marketing company to help my company grow beyond where I am today. My website is taking up all my time and it needs to be better optimization than I can do. So after searching for a bit, I contacted WebFX. I spoke to Mateah and another guy. First, I talked to Mateah who took my information. She said she would look at my website and my competition and get back to me with a plan. She also said that there is a minimum commitment of $7500, with half upfront the rest being paid out over four months at $900 a month. Then it would be optional to continue at the $900 a month rate. That seems to be an outrageous amount of money, but as I have said to others, you get what you pay for, so maybe I am just too cheap. They appear to have a good amount of business going, they have to be doing something right. Ok, I agreed to the amount. A day or two later, I got an email that said:Hi Jeff,Happy Friday - Thanks for taking the time to speak with me yesterday! I have been conducting research around your website and looking at your competitors, and I've met with a few team members. At this point, we don't think we will be able to provide a strong ROI. We want to be confident in any campaign that we are recommending, and we don't feel it will be successful as needed.I hope you have a great weekend, thanks for reaching out!MateahThat email did not make any sense to me because anything is better than what I have now. The way I read that email is:
