Extremely pleasurable experience from the front end girls that work the desk to the Dr. in the back. Couldnt ask for more. Answered all my questions and made sure that I am completely satisfied before letting me walk out the door. A+++. Compare to crazy stories I've heard from other clinics, dont waste your time going anywhere else, these guys are IT!!

I took my 82 years old dad with Alzheimer with the expectation to treat him with Cannabis and get a medical opinion. Paid a $200 appointment with Dr. Ellimby. Since the moment we walked in into his consulting room the Dr. was rude and in a bad mood. He DIDN’T KNOW anything about treating Alzheimer with Cannabis other than “this won’t get him better but it will slow down the process”.He even ask me to take a picture of an old book he had in his desk with an article about the reaction of Cannabis on Alzheimer’s patients and recommended me to read magazine and articles in internet about this topic.If you’re looking for a place where they just give you your cannabis license this is the place. If you’re looking for a place where you can learn and get a medical opinion from an expert this is NOT the place you’re looking for or at least not with Dr. ? EllimbyAlthough the staff in the front desk were extremely sweet and helpful.

I had an appointment at this clinic yesterday. First of all, be prepared to be sat in a waiting room for an hour or so before your appointment- I wasn’t too bothered about this though. I was seeking medicinal marijuana to help cope with recent trauma in my life that left me with insomnia and PTSD. I tried everything and this was my last resort. Once I got to see the Dr. he was completely cold and rude- he asked me why I was there and while speaking about my trauma I accidentally started to tear up- he was SO RUDE about it- scoffing and asking if I wanted him to leave the room, I then apologized and he ignored it. I also attempted to ask him where he was from (in hopes to lighten the mood) while he was taking my blood pressure and he responded with “miss, this isn’t a get to know you session.” Lastly, when asking if I can get my prescription at this office he responded with, “well, do we look like a dispensary?” He talked fast and had no time to answer questions, and was overall just a very hateful human being. I left feeling worse than before- but at least I got a prescription- I still don’t know where to pick it up though and how this process actually works. Ultimately, if you are going because of recent trauma in your life that is hard to discuss and expect any sort of kindness or to be treated with any sort of care I would steer clear from this place and go somewhere else. It was ultimately an incredibly unpleasant experience- I would NEVER go back.

Key West location is terrible!!! I scheduled an appt to renew my card, showed up for the appt to find out it was just to fill out paperwork not to see the Dr. so I had to make another appointment this time to see the Dr. I showed up for that appt 15 minutes early to find out the Dr wouldn’t be there! I received no phone!! So I AGAIN drove 30 minutes to get there for know reason. There never sure if the Dr is going to show up even if you schedule an appt. Dont waste your time!!

Are you serious? Resume: Very long service, not friendly doctor, he doesn’t apologize for taking a long time. If you have an appointment for example, at 11 am, you will wait at least an hour. This means that you need to pay at least 2 hours for parking more. A doctor who is over 80 years old takes patients, works very slowly, too many stupid non-professional questions. The client pays serious money $200 I pay money for the service for speed.

Buyer beware. Bought CBD Salve (150mg 2oz) that didn’t work like they had stated. Was more like a $85 tiger balm cream. Originally they sold me a used one and thankfully I was in the store and showed them and they switched. Applied cream from new bottle in front of Jessy the manager and went home. Applied it again few hours later since cream didn’t do much the first time and to my dismay the second time was weak as well. Waited until store opened the next day to return product (15 hours since time of purchase). Made sure that receipt didn’t say all sales final, which it didn’t and went in to return product. Looked for all sales final sign in store, nothing. I asked for full refund since product worked like a $7 bottle of tiger balm but Jessy said no refunds all sales final. Told me to leave my contact info to see what she can do. Left info and didn’t get a call until 24 hours later. Still no refund but a store credit. Only option was to get an 500mg oil($80), 600mg gummies($60), 250mg pump($50) because I had already “opened” the product (selling already opened products is okay). Wouldn’t let me switch for a stronger cream even though I didn’t want that I just wanted my refund. I was then forced to get the oil that I will probably never use. Customer service here is brutal. I wouldn’t of made a huge deal or even bought product right away if I was advised in the beginning that all sales were final or even on the receipt. Would’ve chucked it up as “I got beat” and probably still left this review. Anyone need unopened bottle of CBD oil? I’ll sell it for a less than what they sell for. HMU

I would recommend this Miracle Leaf to anyone and everyone. From the moment I walked in I recieved the best customer service and attention to detail. Gigi was very informative and answered all of my questions. The best part is that they make you feel comfortable and are very discreet. The process was short and the care was amazing. I wish I could put it all into words but I feel like its something you have to experience for yourself. ❤😁

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because my recommendation is actually active. That's it. The service is the worst I've had at any business in my life. Literally no one ever updates my information. In June I got a 210 day renewal. This week I have been getting blasted by calls, texts and emails saying I'm expiring on 11/2, or the text today said that I am actually expired. 2 days ago I got an email back saying to ignore the communications, my information was not updated. This morning I get texts and calls saying I am expired, and like always, no one updated my info. Same thing when I added flower. Had to call from the dispo to get them to update what I had paid for a week or so earlier. If you get calls/texts/emails saying you are expiring or expired, check your records first before shelling out more money. Been like this since day 1. It's unbelievable anyone would run a business like this. No one has a clue what they are doing, except how to collect your money. I have documentation of all of this including texts and emails.

Terrible place, the manager and assistant are unprofessional. Promised me a refund within 2 weeks. Called consistently after to see about my refund and now they’re pretending they never promised me my refund. I spoke with other miracle Leaf stores in Miami and they said I am owed a refund with no struggle. Please go to a different store location! The energy is off at this one :)
