Wellness connection is a wonderful place to shop for all your medicinal needs there customer service is on point and there employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about your products.ty for your service that you provide for us patients while this epademick of this virus is going on I appreciate it and I'm sure other people do to BE WELL AND BE SAFE.

LOVE THE SERVICE AND MEDICINE BUT HATE THE FACT THAT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CONSISTENCY AT ALL FOR CERTAIN MEDICINE THAT HELPS CERTAIN MEDICAL ISSUES!! MAKING IT VERY HARD TO MAINTAIN ANY KIND OF REGIMEN TO HELP ONE WITH THERE MEDICAL ISSUES!! ITS A BIG PROBLEM I FEEL!! SOME MAY NOT HAVE SUCH CONCERNS BECAUSE THEY MAY SEE IT AS... THEY. STILL HAVE STRONGER STUFF THEN A "PRIVATE" GROWER, SELLER, ETC. FOR US WHOM REALLY USE IT FOR MEDICAL REASONS CAN TELL IMMEDIATELY THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CERTAIN STRAIN OF MEDICINE THEY HAVE FOUND ACTUALLY REALLY WORKS, & HELPS ONE TO GET SOME RELIEF AND THEN A STRAIN THEY ARE "FORCED" TO GET BECAUSE THE ONE THEY HAD BEEN USING THAT WORKS PERFECT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE AND OR THEY ATE JUST OUT OF THAT STRAIN.

Been going here for five years now. Great place. The other day an employee might of been overwhelmed. I didn't have my bags of course forgot them. And they say well sometimes we forget to give to your discount for them. So I felt that next time i won't get my discount cause i forgot them. Almost like I'm gonna get penalize for forgetting them. Sorry love the place that i had to say something. :)

25$ a Joint, plus it's really dry and up in smoke, it's OK meds, but no worth the money,, The vaps are half they put a cylinder in the middle of where that looks like there's liquid fill the space up but it's really not as full as it looks, The service is about the only good thing that comes out of there, besides that, the smell of the weed potency after sitting out I tested it for today's the smell was completely gone so dry at turn to dust really it's worth growing it yourself learning how to grow instead of wasting your money, started going here as soon as they opened recently stopped 3 years ago grow my own make it through the year on two hundred bucks recently went wanted to go try see if there's a difference in prices not a chance still almost 300 an ounce but I can make it for 200 a year thank you well connection all it takes is 90 days happy.... sorry to say Wellness Connection need to catch up with your times taking advantage of people what disabilities with such high prices!

Been buying from wellness for over 3 years. But.. recently in past couple months they have stopped curing (drying) their flower properly. Please cure your bud !! I go to you for the quality that you guys promise on your website..? Now I must go elsewhere because bud is not dry enough to smoke Also uncured weed weighs 20-40% more than cured. Like you guys arn't making enough like it is?? Not curing it also brings down the quality a considerable amount.

Prices are a little high. Product could have been cured for another day. I was not able to look at ANY of the merchandise before purchase. I understand no touching but you have to let us look. They told me that I just showed up at a bad time and normally they let you look at it. Staff was not very apologetic about their failure to be prepared and instead took the attitude of take a hike if you don't like it. I only bought a small amount because of that and don't feel like going back. Felt like I was at the DMV and they tell you how you buy your medicine. Not how it works guys. I am doing you a favor by shopping there. That being said, the one I sampled was not bad. 7/10. Points off for the cure. They may have other good products there but I have no way of knowing after my visit. I'd recommend you rotate samples out on a staggered schedule so you dont end up like that with no samples at all. Only shady dealers don't let you look at what you are buying. I will be the judge of how good it is, thanks.

Went to the Brewer store as a novice user. I have pancreatic cancer and have been approved in an email for a marijuana card in Florida. I’m in Maine buy my card is being mailed to Florida. However, the email shows the approval , my Id number and says the email can be used as a temporary card. When I told the wiry clerk about this he was nasty, said only the physical card would do and was in a big hurry to get me out of the place. Would not even look around in the store. Very unfriendly and curt. Very poor customer service.

I am new to medical marijuana and thought that Wellness Connection of Maine in Brewer would be a good place to go. For me it was not. I called twice to discuss the "intake" process but had to leave a message both times. So I sent an email through the Wellness Connection website. No response. I finally received a call from a guy in Gardiner telling me that if I showed up by 5:30pm I could go through the "intake" process. Not true. The woman who turned me away from the Brewer location has zero customer service skills and seemed to care less.This is all new to me, I thought a dispensary would be a good place to go where I might find compassionate and knowledgeable people. I was wrong.UPDATE: I went back and received outstanding customer service.

If you're a drug dealer who has a little side business going this place is great for you they have lower prices for bulk and cater to people who buy their limit. But if you're actually disabled you'll never be able to afford the marijuana here as medicine. Smaller amounts are more expensive and the deals are for the those who can buy in bulk. Maybe a couple times a month for recreation.

Excellent staff at the Brewer location, with a great selection of medication, and products, educational books, recipes and lots more. Staff is very helpful and will answer any questions you may have, and will help you find the medication that works best for your symptoms. Glad to have people like you guys helping us patients, thanks for all the hospitality and help each time I visit.
