UPDATE: 7/2/20This place was great until they recently raised prices due to "corona virus" seriously? I realized what's going on yous seen how many people stocked up during the last quarantine and saw an opportunity to capitalize financially I was barley able to afford ounces before now it's out of the question and I'm sure many will agree

Good Chemistry says they specialize in flower -- good; that's the form of cannabis I prefer. During May, with a 25% discount, I got a good deal. In June, Good Chemistry offered a 15% discount on a single strain testing at only 18% THC -- this was not a good deal. I'd like to see more competition between dispensaries on quality and price -- $25 pre-tax for an eighth is too much (and lots of dispensaries charge this much and more).

Terrible customer service. When I walked in I was already within 6ft of three different people. The security guard sat next do the door without his mask up. After I finally got inside the mumbling tender who wore his mask below his chin mumbled unintelligibly, finally communicating that I needed to stand 6ft back from the counter. When I picked up one of the cartridges he has put out for me to consider (in it's full packaging, and I was wearing gloves) he rudely mumbled "I can't have you handling things, bro." But when I asked him whether it was distillate or some other type of extraction, he had no idea. When I went to pay, he informed me "we're a cash only business, bro", and sent me back out to the entryway to use the atm, after which, despite having watched me walk out to the ATM less than two minutes after walking in, I was stopped and forced to remove and show my ID once again, while standing within arm's length of two different employees there for unknown reasons. When I finally paid, despite all the "no-touching" I'd been rudely informed of, the ungloved tender insisted on putting my change directly into my hand with his. The prices were also 150% of the dispensary just up the street. If you like to be treated with respect or have any corona-related health concerns, I would stay away. I live only blocks away but would not shop here again. Terrible customer service, "bro"!

One of the only places that consistently offers what me and my wife are looking for. Friendly staff, clean atmosphere, never had to wait. We go twice a week. Not to mention they took the time to update their customers on their procedures during the 2020 pandemic of Covid which I greatly appreciated since I have a weakened immune system.

Excellent place that excepted my temporary license with approval from manager. Placing order was simple and line moved fast.My biggest complaint is the Buds are extremely dry.

Most of the time this place is pretty good but this one bud tender just as very poor customer service. I didn't catch a name but he wouldn't show me all the products available he showed me 4 different trashy looking grams of dabs, when there are clearly more options in the drawer "that's pretty much all we have" really disappointing since most of the bud tenders are great. This guy kinda put me off and idk if I'll be back.

Starting coming here a few months back and have been pretty impressed overall. Service here has always been great and the selection of products and prices are good, better than many places but a bit pricier than some. Quality of bud is usually great as well, but I've noticed this can vary significantly depending upon the strain. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area or along South Broadway.

I have been coming here since way back when it was Well Spring( which has been greatly missed) Ever since the change over to Good Chemistry this place has just been rolling down hill faster and faster. I stop going here for awile because of the decline. Well I have been going back, decided to give them another try, well each time I have gone the quality keeps going down and prices keep going up. I just spent over $200 and not really happy with the quality. Don't think I will be going back. Wish I could return my purchase!

I was hooked on this place from the first time I went in but recently the prices have been getting ridiculous. Paying 114$ for an ounce was a bit much but with being able to mix-and-match, and the quality of the bud, I was okay with paying that price but recently I’ve been informed that an ounce is about $150 which is way too much. There are many dispensaries in the area with better deals and lowers prices.Will not be coming back.

Buddy of mine told me this place has good deals and does mix n match ounces. I checked the reviews and it turns out they have “lowered their quality and raised their prices” since my buddy came here. Decided to call for myself. They want $151 for an ounce. Going rate in Colorado for good quality bud is anywhere from $79 - $110. I’ll pass on this dispensary. Good luck with your Manitou Springs style tourist prices. Complete rip off.
