Claire is the best agent ever! After going through a bunch of typical LA agents that you could tell were more excited about a sale than they were making sure you found the perfect place, I finally met Claire and it changed everything! Claire is patient, listens to what you are looking for, and then finds it for you! She's like some kind of strange real estate bloodhound where your perfect house is a rabbit or a dead body or whatever bloodhounds look for! Okay this review fell apart but you get it just call the Real Estate Collective and you're set!

Claire served as my buyer's agent both on a home purchase in 2013 and another in 2010. I went back to her because of her strong business ethic and excellent approach. She is responsive, professional, experienced, and has outstanding instincts. She made very accurate estimations for my purchase price offers, oversaw my inspections, and in both cases really helped me find the ideal property for me. Following my purchase she helped me secure an exceptional home warranty product and locate reasonably priced help for a few planned repairs and upgrades. I highly recommend Claire if you are looking to receive excellent customer service and guidance.
