Need to stop hiring dim wits for front desk jobs. This is who your customers see when they visit! Having someone fumble around like they have no idea what they are doing for 20min to do a 1min job looks very unprofessional. Also we experienced accounting mistakes that are not resolved by sclabs for months nor even been replied to. Already switched to another lab.
Feedback:
Doesn't quantify cannabinoids and indicates presents only 5. No wonder they don't have a sample test online. Requires mmj card for testing so is useless to researchers who are not patients. I was very disappointed.
