West Coast Meds *BEST IN LV*
DELIVERIES ONLY | Las Vegas, Nevada, 89109Client Review on West Coast Meds *BEST IN LV*
Feedback:
Update 14MAY20--Changed from 4 starts to 5 stars. No idea if my review had any impact (I'm sure the management team was already working on the issues I highlighted prior to my review), but they took action. Read my review for a detailed account of the issues I discussed, but the website has done a 180! It is much more practical and pleasant to peruse. I like when things just make sense and they have teamed up with a new company so now their website interface is commensurate with the high standard in which they run the rest of their operations. I am very pleased to see the changes and the fact that these were all done during such a chaotic period shows just how dedicated they are in bringing their customers the best experience possible. Well done and thank you for responding to my original comment. Nothing I said deterred me from being a loyal customer, but actions like this certainly differentiate you from your competitors. Great place, good variety, good service and great staff. One minor issue is the website and ordering through it. It seems like there are two separate systems that don't automatically talk (phone ordering and online ordering) when it should be one system. So someone ordering online will get their order in and then it will later be cancelled. This is something that hopefully will be remedied sooner than later. The website is better than others out there, but the filter search really needs to include the amounts since there are some listing for flower that have it by the gram, 1/8th, oz etc. So if you want to get a gram then you should be able to search for what is available by the gram instead of searching for through the list to see what is available by the gram or whatever amount you want. When you open the website you see the alert: Due to COVID-19 we are currently experiencing an extreme increase in deliveries and have made some changes to our operations. Please see our post for the latest updates. This is probably common knowledge now but I would have said that since we are closed for pick orders of any sort, we are experiencing an extreme increase in delivery usage et cetera. You get this after logging in, but would be a good upfront statement to anyone who visited. kind of a moot point now of course. Orders cannot be delivered to a business. luckily our order wasn't cancelled twice in-a-row, but a policy like this should certainly be known to any employee taking an order. I understand under the circumstances there will be some holes with information dissemination so under the circumstances it wasn't a big deal as we eventually got our order. Any customer expecting perfection at this time should get a reality check. Despite the website not being very intuitive, it is usable and the company has adopted well to the change in operations. A question of mine pertains to deliveries and who is who in all of this. Seems like the delivery service is either contracted out, is a subsidiary LLC, or possibly a sister LLC. This is something 99% of customers don't take notice of and isn't an actual issue from the customer side, but it seems like it may be one of the causes for the menu issues when ordering if you have even more than two sources that need to be working together in a seamless manner. Last comment. I would have your suppliers standardize the information presented to customers, especially when two items are in the same price category but you get very little information on some brands. There are many brands out there to choose from and I would certainly require a set standard for items being sold in my store. Any who won't or can't comply should not be a supplier anymore. It just seems very hodge-podge. A caveat to this is what is the company doing in terms of future goals, ideas for better servicing customers etc? Are they reaching out to customers to see how they can improve any area of their operations or logistics? Maybe they are and I don't see it, but put that out there on the website or quarterly update ....all of the above lol..whatever works.
