You have to go to this place to see Vance! He is super knowledgeable about everything you could ever want to know. Super sweet guy as well. Ask any question and this man has got you covered! I was also impressed by the sweet girl at the front! She was the greeter and just made me feel welcome immediately.

I have terrible anxiety. I don't like going to dispensaries because I always feel rushed and overwhelmed by staff. I went here to buy gift cards for my friends for Christmas. They were one of the few dispensaries that had gift cards, so I thought I would give them a shot. I didn't want to buy gift cards if they were terrible either because I wouldn't want to subject my friends to a bad experience. I was blown away and pleasantly surprised. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. David Dragon walked me through the whole store. I explained my ailments and he showed me some great products. I wanted to find a product that this location didn't carry, but he helped me find another product (Statemade - Joy) that had similar effects for what I needed. I bought gift cards and I will most certainly be back. My friends said that they used their gift cards and had amazing customer service with David as well. Like me, they 100% agreed, he was knowledgeable and passionate about the products and I cannot stress enough how not stressed I felt about this interaction. I will be back soon to try out other products including their CBD selection.

It’s unfortunate that I won’t be using this dispensary any longer. There are some good staff members there... but there are also others that need far better orientation. It’s a struggle every almost every time I go. From security guards having zero social skills, to them saying I can’t use a passport for ID lmao... obviously the passport issue was overturned...... last time I step in that joint. Trust me, go elsewhere.

We love coming in here! My husband and I come here for our every need as the staff is very knowledgeable (these guys have educated us more than any dispensary in town), they are all very friendly, and they are very efficient. They constantly have deals going and don't forget to ask if they have deals on their edibles when you're checking out! These guys work hard and are awesome, I definitely recommend coming here!

Staff is legit friendly. Some of the security guards act like every customer is scoping the place out lol, but the staff is super friendly. Usually in and out in 5 to 10 minutes. The stock is basic, but definitely solid. The only request I have is stock the 10 pack Joy prerolls more! Always sold out but I have other options, so I cant be THAT annoyed. I think some people forgot what it was like to buy your weed behind a 7 11 at 1130 at night. WERE LIVING IN THE FUTURE! ENJOY IT!

Over priced, over priced, over priced. Let’s make a stand Vegas and stop letting them take over every dispensary and shot up the prices!! We can stop this! We are the people giving them our money. Stop. If you keep doing it everyone will raise their prices. Right now we can make a stand. Soon we can’t. We decided what happens in the long run. Let’s put our foot down!

Wish I could give 0 stars....So I haven't even been in the store yet and have decided this place is horrible at customer service.I was looking for something in town with products I liked for St. Patrick's Day(I don't like drinking).. I found this place on the Leafly app and decided to go since I had a little extra time. They're hours stated open until 10pm for Sunday. I arrived 5 minutes after 7pm with high hopes and the place was completely shut down, dark inside, no employees.. I ended up not being able to have enough time to stop anywhere else so I was SOL for the night. Then I call this morning to check if they're open 5 minutes after their opening time because even though I was a little upset last night I still wanted to check it out... well someone picks up and hangs up immediately doesn't say a word. What?? I called again and the call went to voicemail after ringing for 10 seconds. I then decided to call Mad Men Corprate Customer Service, it didn't even ring, went straight to voicemail. Safe to say I will not be visiting this location or ANY other Mad Men loaction in the whole of their company. This company obviously doesn't care about customer service and being reliable for the customer. (I will be making sure to post this review on other sites as well)

Suddenly has a "last call" at 1145??? Thanks for the info medmen........ I arrived at 1143 the security guard lete stand outside for 5 minutes and then proceeded to tell me they were closed I pulled up my phone and showed him he said he didn't care and that there was a last call... Well medmen you have lost a loyal customer never go here!!!!!

So john the rent a cop security stopped me at the door and told me I couldn't come in. when I asked what policy it was that gave him the right to turn me down he told me "I don't have to show you ANYTHING." So as a result this place will never get my business again. John doesn't even work for the dispensary he works for GSG security. so because of John and GSG, Med Men will never get my money again. the store is going to go out of business soon anyway because the selection and prices suck the sales clerks are full of themselves and they lie about policies that don't exist. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I don’t want anyone feeling as robbed as I do. Monday a preroll was 10 bucks. Now it’s 15. Monday an 1/8 was 35, now it’s 60. I don’t know who MedMen is, but I know they care about the money and not the customers. They are no longer a medical facility, so I can’t even get any medical bars with a break in price, I need to spend so much money to hit the milligrams needed that it’s not worth getting them anymore. Please, if you don’t live here, shop else where, the grove is the same place. They walked in, stole their ideas and upped the prices, shop the grove. Don’t hurt Vegas by giving them your money on vacation and making them a permanent part of residents lives. They have shown us they don’t care about us. Let us show them. We. Are. The. Market.
