Don’t waste your time with their curbside pickup...you’re supposed to go to their website to put in your info to be contacted by THEM in order to make your order. I did this and waited, after two hours of not being contacted, I tried again..they literally never contacted me and when you call their facility ( the north Las Vegas one) they don’t even answer. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend NOT using them for your marijuana needs, they must either be high themselves or just lazy. After everything, I went to THRIVE Nevada, put my order in and it was ready in like 15 mins. Please don’t waste your time with reef, you’ve been warned.

A great dispensary who provides outstanding customer service, flower is priced reasonably. Casey and his staff are always willing to share their experiences with the different strains to help you make a good decision for your purchase. I sure would appreciate it if they could deliver, I'm extremely handicapped. I'm opioid free and have had multiple surgeries without pain medication except for Marijuana for pain management. This dispensary goes the distance when it comes to customer service.Tom

I visited the reef two ago and was very surprised at how well the shop was run. I was equally surprised at how nice, polite and clean cut all the customer service reps were that took care of me. i asked the security guy upon arrival if they offered at veterans discount. I showed him my retired military ID. He thanked me for my service. made feel well at home, even though I am old enough to be everybody's father that works in the place. I visited the Reed dispensary on Cheyenne and MLK. Great experience, Great products Thanks, guys for being being so nice to this Old War Horse

BEWARE of their product that’s on sale. The last 3 times I’ve gone in and purchased a product on sale the date on the package indicated it was almost a year old!!Apparently instead of throwing out expired product Reef just discounts it. See the regulations state they can’t sell anything over a year old. The potency gets .drastically reduced as the plant ages. Stay away from this shady place.

Tried this place once, will not be back. waited in line for an hour to find out they're one of the few places in town that doesn't take credit/ debit cards at the counter (at least of the ones i went to) went to use the atm and it didn't work. So i tried to place an online order, and you still can't use a card! Im sorry but it is 2020, why aren't you accepting digital payments yet? I spent an hour in the store and 20 minutes in my car to not buy weed. Very displeased. Also the pricing is not competitive probably give this place a pass

Horrible experience I showed up 15 min before closing and was told we're closed after I already placed a pick up order if i could give this zero stars i would if it says you're open until 12 you should stand by that I'm very disappointed and upset with how they managed to not communicate hey are website says 24 hours but actually we close 15 min before midnight from now on I'm going to Planet 13 Dispensary.

Dont come to reef. Lines out the door and you can never preorder. Today alone my order got canceled twice. No call or anything and of course you cant get through on the phone. The other location is just as bad and constantly runs out and doesnt update their menu. Customer service at its finest.EDIT: went in and was told "sorry we have just been that busy" when their line actually wasnt that long for once. And not once offered a discount or any type of sincere apology for the inconvenience. Just excuses. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL DEALERS. Just as good for cheaper.

My first time at Reef dispensaries on 1/23/2020, went to the one located on W. Cheyenne ave. in North Las Vegas. I think the girl that helped me out was named Sidney, cute girl. She was amazing & very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions & was able to help me pick out what I wanted. She did an awesome job. I was very pleased with my purchases. I'm from Minnesota, the next time I'm in Vegas I will be back there for my pre-rolls & edibles.

Only reason I'm giving a 4 star is because I have never had an issue until today. All the other times I have had great service, however Simone G. Was not very nice today. I asked about 3 different types of flower that we had seen before we came in on weedmaps. They didn't have those in stock. She then proceeded to tell me I needed to check weedmaps before I go in. I told her we did, she then proceeded to tell me I was looking at the wrong location. I said no, it was definitely this location. She then started to look it up herself and someone else came over and informed her that they are listed on weedmaps, however weed maps is messed up and showing items they dont have. I dont have an issue with the mistake, I have an issue with how she spoke to me. She didn't need to tell me what to do then tell me I was wrong when I wasn't wrong. When I go back I will let someone else go in front of me so I dont have to go to her.

My wife and I went in to buy some prerolls and Rich helped us find some great joints that were even better than what I went in to get originally. He also educated my wife and I on terpenes(?) and just provided an overall great experience. I ended up spending less than I expected and got more for it, plus the highs were fantastic. Thanks Rich!
