Asked in a very direct manner if the pods being presented would work with a pax 3, to which I got an attitude heavy response affirming that they work with all pax products. After getting Tory’s assurance that if they did not fit my pax 3 I could return them i purchased them to find out that they didn’t fit. I was met with hostility and told from the manager that I couldn’t return the pax products in-spite of their employees misgivings. Unimpressed. After arguing over their unethical conduct I got my money back. Tory should be educated on product and basic store policy to avoid such conflict in the future.
