My appointment was for my regular teeth cleaning. The office has been setup to accommodate social distancing and they have implemented procedures for both the patient and staff’s protection. Pomella, my hygienist was very thorough, knowledgeable hygenist and has a fantastic bed or dentist chair manner. She made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. I also got an opportunity to meet Dr. Nicole and while our time was brief it was very pleasant.

Friendly staff, state of the art equipment, beautiful clinic and awesome hygienists and dentists - going there feels more like a day at the spa than a dental appointment. They are carefully following COVID-19 precautions and I had no reservations about my own health and safety being compromised. Highly recommend!

Needed an emergency dental appointment during lockdown and West Seattle Smile Co. was able to get me in quickly. Super happy with my experience - all staff, from phones to dental techs to the dentist themselves, are so nice and helpful. I have anxiety surrounding dental experiences in the past and they made me feel comfortable and in control. I also very much appreciated Debbie taking the time to help me figure out insurance and cost. Very different from experiences I've had in the past, in the best way!

Called at like 1pm on 4/8/2020 with severe tooth pain. They had me in same day at 4:45, had a cracked, infected, hollow molar and wisdom tooth removed same day. I'm not made of money but it was worth it to literally not feel a single thing the entire time. Super friendly and polite, absolutely no shaming for not being able to take perfect care of yourself, quick, clean, easy and literally pain free.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Johnston last week and overall, I couldn't be happier with the experience! The office is very clean and modern, and Asia up at the front was very warm and welcoming and so I immediately felt at ease. My assistant Jasmine was no different. Super friendly and personable and I think that was the easiest set of x-rays I have ever had! They all went out of their way to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Dr. Johnston came in and reviewed my x-rays and photos with me. He has a laid back demeanor and really took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. I couldn't believe how easy it all was. Couldn't have asked for a better first experience, and I will definitely be recommending Dr. Johnston to all my friends!

What a wonderful experience I had considering I was having a painful tooth.Luckily West Seattle Smile Co had a same day appointment. I was able to get my tooth taken care of the same day! And thank goodness, as I had two fractures and an abscess which had me in pain for six days!Even though my tooth had to be extracted, I had a wonderful experience. From Asia scheduling the appointment and checking me in and out. To Jasmin, that was a wonderful dental hygienist. To Dr. Nicole Johnson who was awesome, understanding and caring.From beginning to end, I had a wonderful experience. Would recommend this West Seattle Smile Co to any and all!!

West Seattle Smile Co. overcharged me for a repair that fell off shortly after. While visiting Seattle, I came to West Seattle Smile Co. with a chipped front tooth... in fact, a chipped resin from a reconstruction, no damage to the tooth itself. It was a small job, no anesthesia needed. I got charged over $400. Then 2 weeks later the repair they did fell off. I was gone from Seattle already and wrote to the company with my complaint, but never received a response.Later on I discovered that I was double charged for the job - two charges of over $400 ... for a gram of resin.

A truly comfortable and pleasant dental visit! The entire staff at West Seattle Smile Co was warm, friendly, informative and very helpful. The office space is beautifully remodeled in modern decor. Their technology seems to be the latest and greatest and they consistently asked if I was feeling discomfort (I was not!). Dr. Johnston is professional, very knowledgeable and really made sure I understood my x-rays, my overall health and together we came up with a plan for next steps in my treatment. Truly a fantastic staff, high quality dentist and overall wonderful experience! I highly recommend West Seattle Smile Co.

Excellent! I can't recommend it enough. My old dentist closed up shop, so I was in the market for a new dentist. I had gone to another dentist in West Seattle for an exam and I didn't like their vibe- I didn't connect well with any of the staff and it just felt off. I came to West Seattle Smile Co instead and they took great care of me and communicated very well. I've found my new dentist and you should use them too!
