I wanted Kosher Kush website shows it for $90 a half they charged me $119 I showed them the website and they said the website is wrong and didn’t discount me or do anything I said I came here because the price and again no resolution. I’m sick of this industry and they way customers get treated. This place is disgusting customer service two times I try and two times I get bad service never spend a dime here.

I just went in there today and bought two clones. Both were drastically under sized, and not even close to be ready to be planted. I definitely will not be buying clones from there ever again. I was warned about this place a long time ago, I should have listened. The other reason for the low grade is that I'm disabled and they made me stand outside because of covid-19. They should definitely have some seats for disabled customer outside if they're going to have those rules.

This dispensary needs to crawl it's operation out of the last decade. lol. It features high prices, exceptionally poor customer service, long wait times coupled with inconvenient operating procedures that now only serve to inconvenience today's consumer. Furthermore, the owner is a complete imbecile that actually threatened me with violence over a simple VERBAL dispute I had with one of his exceedingly poor trained employees!!! Do yourself a HUGE favor and shop elsewhere.

Went into the store last night and witnessed some individuals giving the front desk guy a hard time. He was very polite and asked the individuals to leave. I REALLY APPRECIATE Dennis and the staff for providing a safe environment during my visits. From my experience with the staff, nothing but LOVE, KINDNESS and PROFESSIONAL service EVERYTIME!!

Went in tonight with a buddy. And we always use west side wellness. The front desk guy. Think his name was Dennis or david . My buddy said thank you and used his first name and they guy got super upset and kicked us out we almost thought he was joking . Regardless that is no way to talk or treat a custome . Neither one of us will be going to west side again as long as that insecure guy is working . He cant control his emotions and we fidnt feel safe. he was very upset for being called his first name he thought it was sarcastic.

The air head hipster behind the counter with his hat on backwards does not listen when you speak to him, he’s too busy trying to pick from his phone what song he should play next. During the span of my interaction with him on any given day I have to watch him messing with his phone multiple times and wasting my time skipping songs and trying to pick songs acting like he’s multi-tasking.Once he was so distracted he gave my an empty container and sent me on my way. with one the your patented “have a good day”sNot saying I’ll never come back cos LaMota and other chain dispensaries are a hell of a lot worse.

The older gentleman is beyond rude, has no customer service skills, and acted as if he was doing me a favor as I asked to look at the different strains they had. Specially since the plastic container the flower is in aren’t clear like glass so is hard to see the flower from the counter. Anytime you call to ask about a product, front desk person never knows what they have and has to put you on hold to go check what they have. Wouldn’t it be easier to have a menu at the front so front desk person can look at the menu and be able to answer questions. You guys have to get with the times and how other dispensaries are ran.

Can’t believe what I just witnessed in the parking lot. If that is how the owner treats her customers then we will be taking our business elsewhere for now on. Thank you to the employees who have always been helpful (Joe, Jess and Kourtney) just a few of the awesome employees they have! So sorry but I cannot do business with someone who treats their people so horrible.Lmao. I think you have me mixed up with someone else. I didn’t confront you at all. Wow. Look at you jumping on people still. Even after so many comments about your attitude, you’re still pretty bitter. Just a reminder why I tell everyone to avoid your place :) Have a good day LOL

I will not ever Go back! RUDE PEOPLE and always dirty ,looks filthy .When they first opened it was great now it's not to help people it's only about the money! Customers with medical needs or just to relax from depression or anxiety and much more DESERVE BETTER! This is extremely sad for those who are seeking help!!!... don't just take my option just read the reviews.

I would not recommend going here, very very poor customer service. I asked if they had a trash can door guy replies saying he’s not my maid and I should put it where it belongs. Today will be the last day I ever go there or recommend anyone going there. I bought a cartridge that was defective, wanted to return to get something different and they denied me and hung up on me after asking for a floor manager. Please don’t waste your time spending good money on bad service. Go to lo mota or nectar
