I have been a cannabis,enthusiast for 40 years. Everything is on point.! Quality wise.. ON THE OTHER HAND .YOU HAVE Literally young girls lacking in customer service.btime. i have no issues there .heres my issue.pay attention .. All products are TAX INCLUDED.!!!! THESE PEOPLE TRYING TO TAX ME LIKE I DIDNT DO MY HOMEWORK .. WATCH OUT.. THIRSTY TENDERS .PEACE

Up until today, this had been my go-to collective. However, ever since the ownership changed hands, customer service has gone downhill. Today was the crux of it all, when my mother-in-law and then myself were lied to by two separate employees. For months, their electronic board inside has been advertising 3 full gram pre-rolls for $20, it's been one of my favorite deals to get. The electronic board *still* advertises it, so my mother-in-law purchased 3 of these deals this morning. When she checked once she got to the car, none of the pre-rolls were full grams. When I called to ask about the discrepancy, I was then lied to by whomever answered the phone (no name was given) that they've never advertised that deal. This abysmal behavior has lost you three customers, one of which had been frequenting your locale several times a week for years.

I’ve been going to this place for over a year now, and being a medicinal patient I have very limited options in my area (this being the nearest) to go to, so I’ve always appreciated this place regardless of the ridiculous prices and horrible budtenders. Today out of all of those times I was rejected to enter and told by everyone that the laws in San Jose had changed??? It’s almost March and I’ve been in this place nearing 40 times since January 1st. Horrible place, horrible bud tenders. Everything is overpriced, there are many better options nearby for recreational users.

As context for this rating, I used to work in the cannabis industry. Excellent, knowledgeable service and professional atmosphere. Budtenders are very proficient on the technical aspects of both flower and concentrate. Unlike most hole-in-the-wall dispensaries, staff seems to know a lot about cannabinoid and terpene interaction, and have the shorthand capable of explaining complicated biology to amateurs and newbies. Prices are always hard to judge because of the currently fluctuating legal market and new tax system, but I think the prices here are about average. The product variety is impressive and gives you a lot of freedom to find what’s best for your needs. Cannabis products are very much “a specific tool for a specific job” kind of thing, so having the ability to try a large variety of edibles, concentrates, and flowers is a boon to anyone looking to refine their palette.It’s located a bit off the beaten path, but that means shorter lines and more availability. Most of the larger clubs are located in specific areas of San Jose due to city regulation, so I find it nice to have a club on the other side of town. As a related anecdote, I went to White Fire the other day to buy a new cartridge to replace one that I somehow broke (tiny parts = easy breaking). Instead of making me buy a new one, they comp’d one out for me and politely explained how to avoid breaking them in the future. Most people regard this is something all dispensaries (or good businesses in general) worth their salt SHOULD do, but I’ve been to quite a few dispensaries where they make me swallow the cost for a flimsy product and buy another. White Fire cares about customer longevity and relationships, and it shows in their policies. TLDR: They do their research and take pride in product knowledge and great service. Come here if you want things explained further than “this will get you high”.

White Fire is my "go to" place for medicine. The budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable. They make it a fun visit every time even on Customer Appreciation Day which is always hectic. The product quality is always great. The pricing is reasonable and includes taxes, so you always know what you're paying when you're quoted a price. And, their daily specials and Customer Appreciation Day specials are great.

I don't see why theres so many negative reviews I been going to white fire since they have open and they goto be the best club around. Prices are great plus the price you see is what you get. No add extra tax like some other clubs. Also they always do deals like right now till July 25 percent off all flower !! Like if that doesn't kick off your summer nothing will. I can't talk for days about this place but go check it for your self.

They let you know they take card to pay for items but be aware that what they do is charge you a $3.50 fee which is not a big deal. They fail to tell you that this charge will actually be an ATM with draw And they will cash you out at the nearest 20 and you will also have to pay a fee to the bank for using your non bank ATM. They will do this all at the register and not an ATM machine.

The first time was ok. The second time I went I spent $87. They charged me twice. I called them the next day and they said I had to go back to show my physical card...and they had put a note in my account that they did indeed charge me twice. I was so annoyed. I went back and the manager asked me for the card, my ID, AND PROOF THAT THERE WAS TWO CHARGES ON MY BANK ACCOUNT, REALLY? They had a note in my account.... he was rude and acting like I was a bother. Hey, I was charged twice because your employees are nit trained correctly or your equipment sucks... Not going back.

Just an average place to go, sit and have cannabis at. With their staff just average, this place is not recommended because there is nothing special or anything that stands out about it.If you want to go and sit and smoke at White Fire, then you can but just once because you wouldnt want to go there again. The seats are okay, the atmosphere is normal and the overall ambience is off which is why you dont want to go there again.My experience with White Fire was just ordinary and I dont think I am recommending it to anyone. Not an experience worth mentioning.

Recently went to White Fire and to my surprise, the experience was a bad one. The crowd seemed all over the place, the noise was too much and if you are thinking about going to smoke there and sit in peace, I dont think thats going to be such a great idea. Theres nothing as peace there.The place is sized okay and if its too crowded, you might as well get nausea because it gets highly uncomfortable. The place is just ordinary. If I were to put White Fire in one word, I would say its just Okay! Theres nothing about it that makes you want to go there alone. Theres nothing that stands out about it and it is more of a one time experience. I'd preferably stay away from it.
