Feedback:
First time and I went to get help for my bipolar disorder and received bad vibes. I payed for my weed and the staff bagged up my order then try to tell me good bye without giving me my order and when I trained to get it, she tried to act like it was t mine and like I didn’t pay for anything. Then when I called her out, she tried to play it off like she forgot that I payed.

I've been going there a few years. I went and bought 2 cartridges and 1 did not work....took it back and manager was so nice she even give me a new battery, thinking mine didn't work. Well, that battery was whack. Took the cartridge back twice and the staff tells me that only the manager can change it. The manager is never there when I go and I live 25 miles away. Now I've paid $45 for something that's defective and they are skirting around it... I call that very poor customer service. I'll try again this week...or they gonna have a lot of missing clients ...

There prices went up, quality is down and they took away the happy hour. Happy hour and good quality is what kept that place packed and people coming back. I haven’t had to search or go to any other place but now the time has come. I spent a couple of hundred and not even a preroll sad very sad. Why change things when it was working, I would think even with happy hour they were making money off of volume and the consistency of people coming back.

Like everyone said cool eye candy that's it. On my birthday I went around to all the clinics in my area looking for free joints. Out of all the clinics HOTBOX was the only clinic who gave nothing and I was shocked considering how often I frequent there even the little clinic around the corner gave me 2 free gifts without any purchases. They shot me down on my special day and this is why they get 1-0 🌟 s from me. Thanks allot WHITTIER HOTBOX.

Definitely the best dispensary in the area, imo.The staff is nice.The product selection is decent.And they have some good discounts.My only complaints are: The parking (some cute security guys tho). And they are Almost Always sold out of cartridges. I use my AZ licence and have never had a problem getting in. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great prices and good selection. One of the last few remaining did that still weigh it out for you. Music is way too loud, hard to hear the bud tender..... And that's really the only reason for the four stars. Could be five, but after all, we are there for the product, not the music. And, if can't even hear someone who's telling you about the product you are purchasing, then you could be missing out on valuable information on deals, other products, and more importantly, information on the purchase you're making.
