Whole Meds is owned by the same family who owns Universal Herbs. That family found me the CBD Strains that nuked my pre-cancerous ovarian cysts. They were also with me when I was getting clean from Opiates. As the years go on, and the bud tenders occasionally change (mostly back and forth between Universal Herbs and Whole Meds), they've always been my family. I wish I could hang out more!

They got good weed and great staff but it's one guy with tattoos all over his body looking like he just got out of prison. Has no people or customer service skills. He just runs customer out of their business never smiles always looking at me like I just took a. Dump in his soup . They got good weed but since he's always there im not coming back

Spent money here, interaction at first was fine— took (literally) one step out of the door and turned right back around to politely ask if they would throw away a piece of trash for me and was very rudely dealt with by a girl with glasses and dark hair in a bun. Here’s a tip — if your store has specialized protocol that your clients need to follow, kindly advise your client instead of being unnecessarily condescending and doing childish things like snatching a product out of a paying customers hand. I am staying right down the street and would have spent money here several more times. Staff needs better training.Edit: The vape cartridge I bought tastes like dirt anyway so...just shop somewhere else.

love the people, love the prices and mostly the quality!the manager got attitude. they canceled all my points just like that (with all the benefits as well), gave me empty box, and when I got back to ask for a new one they charged me again and had attitude about it.
