Iv never took the time to do a review before but iv never had such horrible service in my life.. Iv been a regular customer at this store since the day it opened they had an amazing staff and took pride in the product they sale, over time these employees have left and new ones have come in. So last week me and a friend go in to pick up some pre rolls we each purchase 6 full gram joints and some wax. I get home sit down and pull one out, Right away I noticed there was something wrong with the pre rolls it was clear as day. First off they were very loosely packed second they felt insanly light third the bottom 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch werent packed at all just open space. So I went on to open and inspect the rest and just like the first every last one was the same... So I call my friend ask him what he sees and YEEEEP was the same way except one was done right.. Yes thats right 1 out of 12 were right lol. So being a curious person I drive to the store buy a scale and head back home to weigh each one up needless to say they were all less than 1g by quite a bit. Buy this time this shop was closed so i waited tell the next day to call and inform them of this issue... I was told to "Be a normal person and shop elsewhere" Not a single sorry or how can we make this right, nothing. So I laughed and went on about my day no big deal ill just buy more elsewhere but this morning I said no I need to share this story its not ok for a company to do this to people and im not the only person this has happened to... I hope the employee line up flips again or new owners buy this shop. If nothing else I hope every person that reads this will decide against this shop and goto the next.

I love coming here with my daughter. The staff here are exactly what customer service is about. I love that when we come in, it's the same familiar faces all the time. They even remember us by name. P.S. Don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing.. lol We would recommend this place to anyone!!!
