My wife had a 1 pm appointment to have her x-rays and cleaning, and I had a 3 pm the same day so one of us could stay with our infant. She stated that she had anxiety about being at the dentist upon intake. She met the dentist, had x-rays, was led to an exam room where the hygienist took some measurements, then was left alone in the room for about 40 minutes before the dentist came in to discuss his diagnosis. He then left. She was left in the room again alone with all the usual dentist sounds around her. This was causing major angst, and she eventually got up and walked to the front to ask if she could go and was told she could after telling the receptionist who she was. The receptionist told her they were waiting to get ahold of our insurance. They were given the insurance info a week prior with instruction we wanted X-rays and a cleaning and any other work would be scheduled as a follow up. They obviously did not take the time to call the insurance company ahead of time. I canceled my appointment and told them we would never visit them again. I encourage you all to do the same. They are providing a service without any customer service. The treatment of my wife was unacceptable and I hope others will read this and not take their money or insurance money to this group. They are terrible.
