I would like to give a better review, but l can't. I find the products overly expensive ( this is true of all local dispensaries). I don't like the fact that this franchise does not allow your loyalty points to follow your account. Every time you shop at a different location, you start at zero which means you have to dedicate to one shop or spend four times as much. This is worsened by the fact that they hardly ever have weed,which makes it necessary to shop elsewhere. Now their new store with another loyalty point program has all the weed andand l mean a lot of it but now taxes are up to 41%. Moral of the story... keep shopping illegally.itvmay be illegal but it's honest.

Today I went to buy a disposable vape pen and after cracking the seal on it i saw they gave me a less than half full pen. HOW is this even possible????? No meds for me today and now I have to wait for a email. I really need to just transfer to another dispensary because this is unacceptable!!

Want to see how not to run a dispensary efficiently check out Windy City. Average visits are 1 hour plus on a good day even after ordering online by appointment only. Other Chicagoland dispensaries are much more prompt and have friendlier staff. And the flower is more like trimmings from my front yard. Try having more cashiers and also have people preemptively filling the orders so they are ready sooner. Problem solved!!!

Parking lot is very un-organized. No clear direction for medical or adult use. A older black male security guard was very rude. A simple explanation of the rules followed by a request to follow, would have worked.. instead he screamed at us across the parking lot like a rent-a-cop. Barley any variety, and way over priced even without the tax. I recommend to avoid this dispensary.

One word: Incompetence. I’ve legitimately never witnessed a more poorly functioning dispensary in my life. WHY DOES IT TAKE 50 MINUTES TO HAVE SOMEONE PAY AND LEAVE!!? They had problems with the systems, lied about the wait time, and prices are whack. Go to Mission South Shore, I promise you it’s worth the extra few minutes of driving. 0/10. DO NOT GIVE THIS JOKE OF A DISPO YOUR MONEY!

After placing an order at 8:30 I was given a time frame of 1-2 for pickup. I got there at 1:05 and stood inline for 50min. As I walked up to the counter the clerk informed me they could not fill my order do to lack of merchandize. How can this be when they acknowledged they got the order and confirmed my pickup time. They got my number so shouldn’t I have at-lease gotten a TEX!

First time ever trying out a dispensery. Completely disappointed. As an out of towner the staff was not aware of what I was legally allowed to purchase. Unbelievably unorganized and very limited menu to the recreational smoker. Staff informed me that they were out of flower, however when I asked when it would be restocked, I was asked to check the website, which said there were 3 strains in stock. I've seen better business skills out of a home grower. Dont waste your time, do yourself a solid and go somewhere else. After all it should be an enjoyable experience.

Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Waited in line for an hour. Got in and all the way to the counter, which, let me tell you, was a process in and of itself, only to be told they didn't have my order because, ya know, online orders only for recreational customers. Wasted a couple hours of my day for absolutely nothing. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I've had good experiences with Verilife, in the Chicagoland area. At least they have the items they say they do and don't waste people's time.
