Good spot for quick pick up but lately they seem to be behind with flower. Other dispensaries always have flower available. Every time i check with WCC, they just don't seem to have any. I get the whole Rona virus going on but why is it that others have flower and they don't? I want to support WCC but without Rec flower options, I'm going elsewhere. Hopefully we'll meet again soon.

My go to dispo in the illinois region atm. Prices are better here than elsewhere. (for instance at earthmed the cresco live resin was 90 here it was 77$ after tax same exact 1g live resin) Also here the 7g shake is 65 pre tax at 2 other dispos its 120$ for the same exact 7g high supply cresco shake at these dispos. So far best prices around products are not marked up as much as other places IL tax still is horrific hoiwever i hope it gets lowered

windy city flag has more than three stars last time I checked. Maybe everyone is too stoned to realize there's "work" to be done if so why would sugar wax concentrates description say its a cartridge. Then I'm supposed to drive all the way down just to gamble if they have my meds or not? back was sore all weekend from the cold they sold me a pineapple express vape as a hybrid but packaged and labeled as a sativa and you don't find out till you get home since the bag is safety sealed. at least my local dealer still knows what he's got stashed away. We are not there yet in this state with medical cannabis

Probably the best experience I’ve had at a dispensary in Illinois. Didn’t have to wait more than 6mins to get served after ordering. They actually got two menus to make it easier for us none medical users know what to buy. The cart and edibles I bought smacked! If you want good quality items and great customer service this the spot for you. I’ll definitely be stopping by next week again.

What a good dispensary. Gotta love the selection and their friendly staff. Since it's been legal in our awesome state, the quality of the cannabis on the street has gone up, and we have so many options now. I use a cartridge daily in the morning in order to handle my pain and anxiety for the day. I cant thank this place enough. From a soon to be medical patient.

On the occasion in which I visited, the menu was decent, however that was all I was impressed with here, and is the only reason I even gave 3 stars. The process to get in is very inefficient and uncomfortable. You have to form a line outside and wait as you're taking inside in groups (didn't help that it was particularly cold this February day). You need to give (not just show) your driver's license to a 'team' of security guards to get inside. Once inside you wait in a lobby for your name to be called and then you can approach the counter to place your order on a tablet. At this point you finally get your license back. I was not impressed by the counter help. I didn't need any help, per se, but the employees at the counter were using profanity and seemed like they were all stoned. Hey, obviously I enjoy partaking as much as the next person, but I expect a place of business to be professional, and not overly casual. Then the security team was their polar opposite. They seemed like they may have been off duty police officers, which is great, but the higher than necessary security presence is overkill and makes people uncomfortable. There was one security guard in particular who had a dead stare just eyeballing everyone in the lobby. Creepy. I understand the need for security, but in my opinion you should keep a couple of armed guards at any entrances, and perhaps one idle guard inside in case of any internal disturbance. In other words, focus your security on threats, not customers!After placing your order you are buzzed through a door into a secondary room with a counter where they collect your driver's license yet again. They fill your order and give you back your license. I will probably not visit this location again unless I hear they've taken things up a few notches. You know how you can go to a liquor store in a nice neighborhood and they have wine samples and friendly, helpful staff... and then you can go into a liquor store in a bad neighborhood and be watched the whole time to make sure you're not going to rob the place, while you're simultaneously watching to ensure that you're not robbed. It felt kind of like that.

Very bad experience i went to purchase a 5 pack pre roll and was given a 4 pack pre roll , they gave me an email, staff still hasn't replied 3 days counting and when i called i was told they can do nothing about it even after i went back into the dispensary the same day of purchase explaining the problem and they gave me a card assuring they would compensate the difference some how, went to the worth location the next day and they told me if i had purchased it at the worth location it would have been dealt with swiftly! They treated me a lot better there too even let me use an expired coupon i had, the same one that the justice location told me it was impossible to use because it was expired and there was no way around it. definitely will never go back to justice again, worth is right down the ways anyways ! Funny to because theres a sign by the registers that says if theres any problems with the products to contact them with 7 days for a resolution and still haven't been contacted, very bad management !

This is my favorite dispensary hands down. I've been to almost every recreational dispensary in the chicagoland area & in the surrounding suburbs & I do not get the treatment I do here at any other place. The people who work here are like friends that when I enter I am welcomed by them & they make me feel comfortable by their professional & kind service. I have been to dispensaries where i have had people not even acknowledge me like I'm just a customer & I don't like that. I also have not ever wasted time at this location like some other dispensaries that made me wait & then turned us away when they sold out. This dispensary has their system down to the dot where you won't waste any time. You will be notified when you arrive if they have the product you are there for or not. This is very critical as i have had to waste time at 2 other dispensaries & first impressions are everything & you can't do them over so that's unfortunate for other places, but i recommend this dispensary to anyone for recreational although the supply is limited, but they do better than every where else & I also recommend this dispensary for medical as they always have products in stock for medical & have a good variety.

Jason who is the manager here was very helpful guided me in the right direction to obtain my medical card a decently priced place his shop was very zen and mellow security there was awesome prices are eghhh for ya know bein 2020 i understand the tax but time will show i recommend knowing what you want before hand since the lines will be long for a few months till shops figure out the quickness in getting people in and out but there is no display you are shown a menu and you pick then your led through a door given a register number then your budtender will pick your order and answer your questions also plan to stand in line for a minimum of 1.5hrs 5 stars will be my home shop once i get my card

The line wait for me was about 2 and a half hours got there around 11am. Make sure you have cash its cash only atm ran out of money there right after I ordered when I was about 10 from going in had to run across the street to use there atm. Once inside it wasn't what I was expecting. Guy that works there said its going to be crazy for a while so they have restrictions on what you can buy. Right now you can get one 1/8 one 500mg oil cartridge one prerolled joint they may run out soon one gram of wax and edibles. For people that want to go to experience going you ain't missing much.
