was given the wrong product. To make up for it. was not offered a refund Was given store credit that doesn't even cover the taxes on the product. its kinda a far drive wish they cared more..edit: changed to 4 stars was given enough to get the product originally order just was not explained that way on the phone appreciate them rectifing the situation.

If i could give no stars i would. Wouldn't honor my pick up time even though i had proof. Then security tried to fight me when we were leaving. Followed us down the street in his own car. It was crazy. Never have anything and they have the worst customer service. Every other windy city is great and i know everyone .they know i wouldnt say this if i didn't have the worst possible experience . Just go anywhere but posen

Hands Down Faboulous Service for Medical and Recreational!1 The staff has helped me get through the hardest times in my life. Their support for Medical Patients is second to none, and they ensure their needs are never looked over. They helped me figure out what would work best for controlling my seizures. Posen Windy City is a great dispensary!

Aside from the friendly service, they're not the best at updating a website, which for me makes it very misleading checking to see what they have before I shop now. I spent 20 minutes going through their inventory for recreational users, making sure I wasn't going over my limit, and even having help with my selections. Once it came to checking out, I was told that I went over my limit by a little bit because their website stated that they had something available and at a certain amount of THC. Not to mention I was allowed to order a cart only to be told it's no longer available and have someone make a quick pitch on why I should get the one that's $10 more. I understand that certain items may run out, but when the employees are helping you out you are supposed to feel assured that everything is going well and that your order will be stress-free. Not this case. The person who helped me out assured me that the numbers on the website that I need to pay attention to are THC and my state limit. My limit is 250mg. The website has a product that is listed as 100mg CBD/50mg THC. I ordered along with two other items described as 100mg THC. What they failed to do on the website was properly update their 2:1 100mg CBD/50mg THC to 60mg THC, which is why I went over. I was disappointed at that moment because not only was I told that I couldn't purchase it, but the unnecessary remark by an employee who put the blame on me when I tried to explain that their website is misleading. For medicinal users it may be a nice place but for recreational users it's not so much.

First they only about #s,$, speed. If you are green or want flower . STOP, want good customer service, STOP. nice , friendly but again tell you nothing . You could be 1st in last out. Again dont tell you it's not first come first servo. Its who knows what they want as fast as possible. If you want to shop, look. Etc... everyone goes ahead of you. STOP. All Windy City places are horrible DISSAPOINTED GUYS. The experience, the education etc. Like Colorado is gone here.

Where's the flower? Why can't we look at the products before we buy them? Why can we only buy an eighth at a time? Staff is alright. Last time I bought weed the lady that I paid at the counter seemed to want to rush me out of the building when I started asking questions like the ones stated above. Not impressed but it's a start so that's something I suppose.

Today I was waiting for the the non medical to be served and I was medical. They sold me something I never had before no instructions. Called several times.The syringe was less then half full.I emailed a few photos, never got a responce back.So now I am going without and my anxiety is so out of control right now.I am using for medical reasons and this is the treatment I get.

Blind purchases are tough, I get it. Illinois law doesn’t allow display- get used to it until the laws change.As far as a blind purchase from here however it’s Top Shelf!I’ve been to a few dispensaries in Chi and for sure I asked for top shelf and I was severely disappointed. This place met my expectations.Security was very friendly.Staff very knowledgeable and have been in the game for some time.Check it out. WCC is the Place to be

We were just visiting from NY (My boyfriend lived in Illinois until 4 years ago) and had the chance to visit both Worth and Posen dispensaries. Great experience at both however I would say Posen was the better of the two. They really seemed like they had things dialed in a lot more. It was an amazing first time experience for us. Hopefully NY gets it together and joins the club soon. Would definitely recommend and will be back next time we are in town.

Security was extremely rude and cussed at myself and another individual because we entered the queue. they weren't accepting any more clients, but we weren't greeted with that information. We were greeted with foul language by a female security guard who thought her phone and chatting with her coworkers was more important than her job....
