Well I've been coming here since even before they had a waiting room but this weekend was the last straw. Yesterday I purchased some Blueberry OG which smelled and looked great in the display jar but what I actually ended up with was dirt-smelling schwagg. And that's not the first time it happened. Then today I purchased some Toxic Lemon Thai in which one of the buds was clearly much browner than the others and also had white mold spots on it! It was very clear to see. There was no mistaking it. They sold me moldy weed. Had they been filling my order in front of me I would've seen it. But what happens is they put display jars out of their herbs but actually fill your order in a separate room, and then put it in a bag and staple it shut before you can check it out. So you have to trust that 1.) it's weighed right, 2.) the right strain, and 3.) not moldy. If they were being honest and forthright they would fill it in front of you like every single other dispensary does. The fact that they do not shows that they are dishonest and will sell you moldy weed or a strain that is different from the display. This is unacceptable and has to change before I can return.*Edit, since I can't reply to Dean Erdman: I've been using cannabis since the 1990s and not one other time have I been shown bright green crystalized buds then given brown moldy schwagg. I understand that crops can turn moldy, but you don't sell that to your customers! You can get very sick from it, especially someone who already has an illness they are treating with cannabis. And putting the FDA's approval in front of mold means nothing. Mold is mold. Also the FDA has allowed many harmful products to be sold legally. That's how we got this Rx drug epidemic. And also, you don't misrepresent your product, ever. I don't know how anyone can think it's acceptable to display bright green crystalized buds on the shelf and then actually give your customer brown moldy dirt from behind a wall in another room then staple the bag shut before they can look at it. That's shady as hell, and everyone knows it, including the dispensary. They're trying to pull a fast one. Imagine if you bought and paid for a Corvette and the dealer gave you an old rusted Honda Accord. And like I said, this is not the first time this has happened at Wizemedz. I can forgive a slip up or two. But this was becoming a regular occurrence at Wizemedz. I go to many other dispensaries and I always get exactly what's in the jar and they weigh it in front of you. Wizemedz could do the same thing if they wanted.
