Very knowledgeable about the product, friendly.... I call BS on the picture taking accusations for the simple reason the whole place is under video surveillance.they could easily share a screen shot instead of openly taking pictures. I have gotten the wrong strain once, but they made it right when I told them...they are honest people. The person who said they got different strains in the same bottle never grew... buds are never exactly alike. And some mature much faster than the rest of the plant... mold is bound to happen from time to time. Even the FDA allows for mold, rat poop, hair, and other nasty stuff in your FOOD... if you are not satisfied...tell them... they will make it right.
