I have been a regular customer since 2017, spending AT LEAST $100 a week and now I WON'T BE BACK. I always order online. They now offer delivery, I live ON Venice 3.6 miles way and they don't delivery to me, STRIKE ONE. I sent an email asking for clarification, no response, STRIKE TWO. On 6/24 I was looking for a dab spoon and torch. Since I didn't see it online I CALLED, they said they had it. After waiting in line 20 minutes they told me they didn't have it. When I informed the manager of my experience he was apologetic but did NOTHING. STRIKE THREE. Since loyalty means NOTHING to y'all I'm taking my business elsewhere.

How can you sell products and not even know you carry them or be able to answer questions about them? I am a first time grower and found that this place carries some awesome seeds. First the employee was confused when I asked her about equilibrium genetics. She asked if it was a certain strain. After I made it clear I was talking about seeds she insisted that they breed their own seeds in house. I told her that the weedmaps page shows it as equilibrium genetics. I was placed on hold for a couple minutes while she checked it out. When she returned she said I was correct and that I need to check out the site for inventory information. She refused to help me over the phone and kept pushing me to the site. When I asked if there was anyone that was familiar with the seeds she said no. The customer service here doesn't exist, its sad that a business would operate like that.

Closed parking lot before 9:45. On covid day there was about 20 customers and 2 workers so I luckily went thru before said line started but I forgot my wallet. Like a semi-stoner i didn't wait the extra hour it would be to get in there. Went there a week later and things. Were alot better I would say the staff are super cool especially one I forgot her name...she alone with her beauty and humor makes this my new favorite establishment.

I wanted to love this place soo bad. Weeks before traveling to LA again, I raved about the reviews to my boyfriend. Got him super excited to go, so we made it a priority to go right after our plane landed. The layout is rather confusing and/or not really friendly for those who don’t frequent dispensaries much. You get in line and soon as you’re at the counter, you’re asked what it is that you want specifically. No warm greeting, no recommendations. The bud tender, a Hispanic female was neither friendly or patient. I don’t like being rushed especially when there’s no one else waiting to be helped and a store full of employees. By no means were we beginner smokers, but she made us feel like nuisances when we were simply asking a question. She kept rolling her eyes, as if we worked there and were obligated to know which flowers were their top selling along with recommendations and such. We ended up just rushing and grabbing whatever, buying a few random flowers, pretty much based on whether the name sounded intriguing and without smell testing them or anything because it had gotten that awkward. After picking out buds, my bf pointed to a certain brand of pre-rolled joints and told her he wanted to grab one of those too. She then proceeded to ask with an attitude, “well which one!?” Well damn, which flavors do you have?! Can you grab them out of the showcase and actually show us which ones were available? Overall, not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend. They were also out of Camino gummies, boooo.

We've been going here for a few years and can always count on them to have great quality products and flowers. Not the cheapest of places but that's because they do not sell low quality items. They also have a vast variety of Edibles and Vape Cartridges. Everything is 100% Authentic 👍👍and you won't ever get anything not worth your money.

You definitely get what you pay for. Most dispensaries I go to, if I can't make it out to LA Wonderland, make you pay $60 an 8th, and it so small.. they say.. "Its dense, so that's why it looks small but it's really not." Or they just blame it on the size of the jar.. I personally don't believe it.. It's still good quality though. I mostly pay for oil these days, so it lasts longer for me. The people are really cool too..But LA Wonderland, is number one for me. So, go to LA Wonderland, if you're looking for Quantity AND Quality.. save up if ya have to. The drive and horrible traffic will be worth it. Or just go early in the am, it's up to you lol. 🤔

I’m visiting Los Angeles with my friends and they wanted to stop by here to check out what they have. I don’t smoke so they got theirselves some stuff. But the customer service was great from David. He walked them through everything they needed to know and they were confident in purchasing. I would recommend this place to check out. 👌🏽

Long time customer. Still one of my favorite shops. I am giving them 5 stars because if you show up with your rec it benifts you. Unfortunately this place like most recreational shops took a turn for the worst. The focus on the customer service and overall vibe is not what it use to be. Prices and quality are average. This place has always been a hit or miss but at least when it was medical we could have really vibe and have fun at the shop.Either way I pick up 5g for 50 of Fire Og and it was coo kinda got a lot of stems in it too. I was really hoping to come in a get an ounce for 160 or less but the buds at that price were horrible. Here is the price options as far as deals go5g for 50 (above average )10g for 55 (good deal but hard to find)They have a lot of cheap options. The customer service was super lack luster from the lazy security to the not so interested bud tender. The thing I hate is I feel rushed here.Plenty of decent price edibles. Cheeba chews on the house!!!Plenty of vape tanks including heavy hitters Stiiizy etc...Use your medical rec for real benifts.I am really hoping I can write a way better review in the near future.
