Never felt the need to write a review for a weed store, but today the security guard insisted I was drunk. Asking once is fine, but continuing to badger me isn't. I was not drunk, only in a hurry. After I told him, "I will leave, and shop at a different store." He felt the need to going on continuing to tell me that "Well, if you're drunk, I'm not going to serve you!" Completely failed interaction. "I will leave, and shop at a different store," seems like plain English to me. Maybe hes the drunk one. . . .

I buy bulk to avoid frequent trips and I highly recommend others DO NOT BUY BULK FROM THIS LOCATION AS THERE IS NO WAY TO SUFFICIENTLY EVALUATE THE PRODUCT PRIOR TO PURCHASE AND NO RECOURSE FOR PURCHASING UNFIT PRODUCT.I purchased $170 worth of product and was extremely dissatisfied. I am literally THROWING THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED AWAY as it is not consumable due to foul taste/odor, neither of which were discernible prior to purchase. Called and was told there is no recourse. If you are unhappy with the product: too bad, but they will gladly tell me what is currently on sale. Guess I chose poorly on where to spend my money. Terrible/non-existent customer complaint resolution. Taking my business elsewhere. Only giving one star because at least one is required.

Manager is rude to her staff and to the customers. Recognize what you’re selling and chill. Not knowledgeable and refuses to answer questions. (Curly red haired girl) Went there for a relaxed experienced, left stressed. Get rid of her and the place would be fine. Rest of staff very friendly. I’m sure they’ll all appreciate this post. ;)

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Super organized and every single employee has a great personality. Den has helped us a few times and each time goes above and beyond to find us what we’re looking for. Most places just wanna get you some weed and get you out. 12/10 would def recommend! Great prices, great ppl. You won’t be disappointed 🌟Update 5/30/20: this place still rocks! They’ve taken like a zillion extra precautions to be safe and clean during the pandemic, including supporting online/order-ahead options for curbside pickup, in-store crowd control, and taking temperatures at the door. So convenient! Harry helped us out today and was so sweet & knowledgeable (as usual!). We were in and out in just a few minutes. We can’t give this place enough love! 💛

Came in an one the guards with dreads made me feel extremely uncomfortable because I wouldn’t give him my number and every time I come in he makes the most inappropriate comments towards me I love this shop but always avoid it when I see him there and it doesn’t help that he is always in his car just chilling in the parking lot when I come I tell my friends not to shop here when he is here because he is such a perv LOVE THE BUDTENDERS BUT will go else where to avoid the creepy guard (a few of my friends have had the same issue too) STAY AWAY FROM THE GUARD WITH THE DREADS

This place is the absolute best place! They got best prices, the best flower and concentrate around the pierce county area. All the Budtenders are freaking awesome, very knowledgeable and they never steer ya wrong on what's good. And what's not! I don't go anywhere else! Love everyone there! Gina, Harry, Dan, Lauren, Shonda, and I'm sorry if I forgot ya name but yall are the best! Even you haven't tried WOW you really should! Won't regret it!

I have been to most dispensaries in the NW and this establishment hosts great customer service and prices engaged in keeping customers long-term. The staff are knowledgeable which isn't something I can often express. I highly recommend Mama J's strawberry cough or cherry pie cross. Ounces are the best way to go. Cannabis was cured well and they took their time trimming. The owners obviously care what responsibility they hold in the community. That being said, one thing could earn my 5 star rating and that is a clear answer. The budtender that helped me today picked an ounce that was primarily popcorn or smallish nugs. No obvious kolas, which anyone with experience in cannabis can agree that more energy produced by the plant goes towards the production of the top buds therefore a higher quality. I asked her if she could grab one with bigger nugs if any. She said due to covid 19 she can't even look for another product. Please note I did not handle the product in any way. Is this an actual policy in place at your establishment that resulted in me getting a lower quality product? Or was it a quick made decision by the budtender due to the stress of people in line for your amazing prices? Thank you

My favorite kinda storeGood quality stuff and best prices in the area hand's down, always have specials and if you're a regular you accumulate points that will give you up to 20 percent off your total, been to multiple rec rooms and so far this is the only one that does this point system,

My favorite weed shop in Tacoma! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that have no problem taking 15 minutes to help you find the best product or maximize your value no matter the price range. Everything from dirt cheap shwag to top notch herb as well as any concentrate or edible you can find anywhere else in the city. There's even security out in the parking lot to keep your car safe. Give them a shot!

At one point, I would have given them 5 stars, however the quality of service went down as the prices went up. The staff is nice, and pretty for sure, but I'd rather have a knowledge "dealer" over eye candy. Don't get me wrong, I like the eye candy, but maybe hiring someone that knows weed could be more usefully than hiring someone that looks good selling it.
