Not as robust as they claim

What was the best part of the experience?

Nothing

What would you change about the experience?

I would have gone with a different vendor.

Feedback:

I wish they would focus more on what they are telling the client during implementation, we were promised a multitude of items only after signing the contract and during implementation found that they either can't do it or it's an additional cost. for example, we have multiple documents employees might sign during onboarding we were advised we could only have 4 documents per entity(even though during our sales call we talked about all the documents). After onboarding our first employee we found that they don't even have signatures built into the system and it is blank text, they also do not have the functionality to add signature lines to documents. We also purchased certain additional items from them such as their recruitment feature to find that it is not compatible with any site other than Indeed and it hardly generates applicants.

Feedback:

I understand security is important but why do I need to reset my password so often. Why does it take hours for a password reset to be sent to my email. Why when I call can I not get a hold of anyone!?! Support your customers and maybe make it slightly easier to use your platform. While I am here, you desperately need to redesign your landing page when I login. Not at all user friendly.
