Overall Feedback:
This is a nice group of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, however, the CVS RX process and customer experience fails almost every time. If the CVS Rx staff are passionate about their jobs as well as the customers they service in the local community, then all CVS Pharmacy staff (yes all of you behind the counter) need to address the customer experience with your corporate office. Escalate the complaints and take a stand with your customers, not against them. Requiring customers to bounce back and forth between drop off and pick up, multiple times (it was 4 times today) is simply unacceptable. An easy solution is to install multiple systems at each Rx bay, or allow the customer to work with a single point of contact when handling their Rx transactions. The CVS Rx process is absolutely horrible and is a total detriment to a positive customer experience. Another solution is for all CVS customers to transfer their business to a local pharmacist. Perhaps then, maybe, just maybe someone at CVS pharmacies would address this issue and implement positive change to the customer experience.
