They really went above and beyond helping me! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs medication compounded. I needed some medication compounded for my dog and was calling around to see which pharmacy could do it for me. I left a voicemail, and they called me back as soon as possible.They let me know that they haven't had to fill out a prescription for this medication since 2015 so the chemical compounds they have are expired. They would be willing to purchase the chemicals, but I would have to purchase an entire batch of chemicals that was 2-3 times the original prescription. Still, they could keep it on the shelf for me when/if I needed a refill. However, the representative (Tom) followed that up immediately by giving some good alternative compounders to check with, and even did some online research with pet pharmacies to see what the cheapest and fastest method would be. He encouraged me to check with other pharmacies to see if they had any of the medication in stock so I wouldn't have to buy the entire batch. He seemed like he genuinely wanted to help me find the best place and to lay out the facts as honestly as possible. Really great experience!
