I ordered large stuff crust pepperoni pizza. I was charged a total of $27.49 for a $16.99 pizza. Driver comes with no plates or napkins and the pizza has no cheese on two of the pieces of the pizza but has a ton of pepperoni on it. I called the store and they tell me to bring the pizza back. 1st of all I just paid $5 for the delivery charge and now I gotta take it back to pick up the new one. Never again

It’s nothing to do with the food but with what they charge. It’s already pricey and their adding a service fee!!!! Honestly a service fee??? I get extra for delivery and even a service fee if your eating in but when your just ordering for Carryout and you have to pay $2.00 extra for no reason it’s ridiculous! If you add up every order how much extra money for free are they not making? Not going back again until they remove the service fee!

We walked over from our hotel after a long day, ready for pizza and beer. They were out of beer. We were told it was because of graduation. I didn't receive the garlic bread that was to come with my pasta dish. They were out. I was told it was because of graduation. There was only one waitress for the whole restaurant. She did pretty good being the only one on the floor. We only had to wait a bit for refills of our drinks. Hopefully this isn't a normal occurence to only have one person working the floor.

Rude manager messed up on my pizza twice back to back. Would rather go somewere else then give them my money again. To many people standing around doing nothing but they have u on hold forever.. over priced pizza not even that good at least have some customer service skills but what do you expect when its bunch of kids running a pizza joint

I purchased fries from here today and look at the fries I was getting for $3.49I asked the lady why so little fries and she said that was the amount the served.Not acceptable at all. I will be contacting corporate office.This was such an inconvenience..

Wow, I'm super impressed after small incident we had here bout are order being wrong and time it took I received email from PH cares and they apologized and gave me a credit for our experience. It's really nice to know that there's companies that really do care about there costumers and how our experience was, thank you pizza hut we know things happen but it's great to feel that we are important to u as costumers. More companies should be as considerate.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 Star! Rude staff & “acting” manager was clueless. After the girl took a half hour on my order, she wanted me to pay cash because, I wasn’t a NEW CUSTOMER! We have been ordering from this place for the past 10 years...Apparently because the phone number I gave them didn’t match my address. As I post this review, I continue to wait for my food to arrive. Who knows what I will get?

IT WAS MY FIRT TIME COMING HERE AND IT WILL FOR SURE BE MY LAST TIME...!!!! THE LADY WAS NICE BUT I ORDER 8 BUFFALO WINGS, AND THEY WERE SUPER HARD AND THEY WERENT EVEN HOT... THEY PUT A LIL TINY BIT OF BUFFALO SAUCE!!! AS IF THEY WERE GIVING IT FOR FREE!! I WAS PAYING TO GET MY FOOD FRESH AND HOT!!!! THEY ALSO TOOK THE PIZZA OFF THE OVEN BEFORE TIME WAS OVER BECAUSE IT TASTE RAWWWWW!!! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

How old are you? Doesn't matter. Not until you have ordered delivery from this exquisite establishment. Because you have not lived a day until you speak with these kind humanitarians and ask about their wings. They sound delighted to tell you like they have been waiting to and it will make their year. Even more than this, they know the menu better than I know my name. Bravo, Pizza Hut guy that works past midnight on 4/22, bravo.

Deserves ZERO (0) stars! This location has TERRIBLE customer service, between the RUDE manager and store manager I don't know who is worse. I would rather drive to another place than ever give them my money again. Very unhelpful and for lack of a better word RUDE staff. Even after expressing that i was upset after it being my third atempt to order from them, They just went on to give me this "not my problem" attitude. RIDICULOUS absolutely ridiculous. Never once apologizing or taking responsibility for thier mistake. Very disappointed. They should really be more careful on who they hire, these are the people who represent the company.
