I entered here because got a terrible back pain. After waiting here for 1.5hours and more than 8 people passing before me even when they came after, finally, the receptionist told me that there are two doctors and each of them is taking two different types of patients: walk in and insurance.I used my insurance and no one were booked or something like that before me and after 1.5 hours, there are more 4 people that “came before me”.Don’t come.

Thank you for being open on a Sunday and taking me in as a walk in for the first time. There are very few walk-ins open on Sundays, and I was very happy to wait the 45 mins to see the Doctor. The MOA was helpful on the phone (much nicer than the other clinics I called), and the Doctor I saw (didn't catch name) was efficient and friendly. I hope I won't need to go back anytime soon, but it is good to know they are here if needed.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE DISABLED, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. This was the worst clinic experience I’ve ever had. The receptionist (the one with the drawn on eyebrows that look like they could jump off and eat you) watched me get out of a taxi, in my crutches, in the snow and allowed me to struggle with the door. She made no effort to get up and help until I was already in the door. When I finally got to the desk I was out of breath, and I even dropped my crutch. She just scowled at me the whole time. When I was finally called in to see a doctor she asked me if I needed help (even though I was already standing with all of my things). I also told her several times that the address on my Care card had changed because I had just moved. She didn’t take note, and entered the wrong address on my X-ray acquisition. The doctor I saw was nice. The receptionist also never helped me with the door out, and every patient who was waiting also watched me struggle (I hope they all slip and fall) to get their heavy door open. When I went to get my X-ray at Critical Point they told me they would send it back to the doctor here, and I BEGGED them not to. I would rather wait 6 hours than have to go back for even a minute. I told them I came to this place, and every single staff member I mentioned it to said that they had heard countless stories like this before. I should have gone to Critical Point in the first place. When I left Yaletown I cried all the way home in the taxi. I have never heard of a medical institute this inaccessible. Snobby, and rude. I would rather be in agony than come here again.

Nice and clean clinic, Dr. Rezvani is great. I seen staff were friendly. I don't know why some review was not good, I have been visited on time. This is busy clinic in downtown. If somebody has emergency issue , should go to hospital , not to the clinic, My last 4 years experience with this clinic was almost fine. Yes, sometimes you have to wait long time, but priority is with people who booked already or came sooner as walk in. other doctors are also fine and I seen many of them very good and knowledgeable.

The worst Dr Kazem Rezvani . Dr Kazem Rezvani completed attacked me when he walked into the consult room he said your from last year and i told them not to let me see you to my face. I was completely taken back by this horrible manner. He then said you had chronic pain last year which i told him no i did not and this was nothing to do with the current consult. He goes what do you want so rudely.. i said i think ive slipped a disc in my lower back he said what do you want me to do about it?? in the rudest manner. I said i need a specialist or xray etc. He then tells me to leave the clinic and refuses to see me and walks out of the room. He kept telling me to go to the emergency room and kicked me out of the doctors office I am reporting him to College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC for malpractice. I urge you to report any incidents that you have experienced with him as he has abad history presence online. He should not have a license as a Doctor at all.

More than 4 hours wait and couldn't see a doctor.I had to get out of work and take my wife there for an emergency, before going the secretary on the phone said it would take around 1 hour and a half to see the doctor. Getting there the secretary said it would take 2 hours, still ok. I waited 3 and asked what was going on, she said it would probably take another half an hour. Well 4 hours and a half in total passed and inquired about it again, she said there was still three people in front of me. I had to leave without seeing the doctor. This is criminal. Not the wait by itself, just the misleading and straight lying. If someone can let me know how to make a formal complaint I would appreciate it. I don't know how these people can sleep at night.

My wife was here with my 9 months old daughter. Unlike past reviews, she says the receptionist was friendly. However, the doctor was the problem. She didnt get his name, but he is caucasian in his 40's. He was so careless that he recommended her Claritin, which can only be used by over 2-years old. If the pharmacist didnt ask how old my daughter was, we would've used Claritin on our 9 month old daughter. I wish the doctor can be penalized for his carelessness. Does anyone know if I can do something about this experience?

Very clean clinic and good staff, it is busy clinic and sometimes takes time to see doctor but expected in downtown. My experience with Dr. Rezvani was very good and amazing. He was very helpful, high knowledge and right to the point of diagnosis. He has seen me 3 times since last year and I think he has extended experience in medicine over years. He was very nice and calm and smiling that makes you feel ease and relax to discuss more about your health issue. I recommend this clinic.

Friendly staff and the Dr. Chan was pleasant throughout. The only gripe I have is with the walk-in scheduling. I was told it was a 30 min wait but ended up waiting until an hour and thirty minutes to see my doctor.The appointment management system they have needs to be changed as the current system feels like a guesstimate with little accuracy.

Awful communication skills/ correspondence. Doctors are great, straight forward and helpful but receptionists and all other communication was awful and wasted a lot of time. I am going through my first pregnancy and had to have blood results sent to midwives which they failed to do (after I called and asked them three times and midwives emailed and called three times) it took over two months to have these results, plus other very important results shared. Terrible first experience and NO apology.. I would not recommend them.
