Yilo has been my dispensary for a long time. Their customer care has always been perfect. Sometimes a computer may go down and the employees know exactly what to do to make sure your order goes through. They always make sure you are happy when you walk out the door. Highly recommend.

Very nice and helpful staff. Even the security guard was nice. I got very nice flower at great prices. I got the most beautiful and delicious medicated pumpkin pie and I can say it's the best edible I've ever had in my life. They have the best edibles in Arizona. They're very unique and delicious.

I had come in here quite a bit. I actually kind of liked the place. So I got a peanut butter chocolate 60 mg edible you can see in the pic. I took 2 bites into it. The 2nd bite you can see exposed a hair. The hair comes out of it and circles back into it.I called the dispensary who tried to at first offer me 1 free chocolate then 2 free chocolates. Now first of all you should be dumping all of this product off the shelves into the trash being that your chocolate batter got a hair in it. Did you? No you tried to offer me more from the same batch. THE CHOCOLATE IS COMPROMISED. I WILL NEVER EAT ANOTHER EDIBLE FROM ANY DISPENSARY AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE. KEEP YOUR EIGHTH, KEEP YOUR FREE CHOCOLATES, AND IN THE FUTURE WHEN SOMEONE EATS CHOCOLATE WITH HAIR IN IT OFFER THEM SOMETHING A LOT BETTER.

Great prices on green. Excellent edibles including a wonderful selection baked goods they make themselves. My only issue is their is a particular person who works there that is all around unpleasant. But it's just one person, everyone else is great!

Everytime I go there they are super nice. Always answer any questions I have and very patient with me. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they are kinda expensive. Unless you get in on a deal they are up there in price. But I keep going back because of the service.
