I love this dispensary! The staff is always so friendly. They really do go above and beyond sometimes to help you find the strain you need when it's hard to find the info online (which they cant control or they would leave detailed information about each product lol) . I dont feel that tiny bit of embarrassment that some of us with (anxiety especially) feel when asking questions about stuff we buy online but cant find the info about. The staff all have genuinely sweet demeanors. I've never been treated in any way except kind. Thank you guys for always make it a pleasant experience!

This is a great dispensary with amazing staff that are super friendly and a decent selection of product in all categories (minus edibles for PA). Prices are extremely expensive & although it is not Rise's fault for other growers pricing, they do cultivate and sell their own brand. GTI is one of my fav brands and it is not the lowest priced but not the highest either. I've NEVER gotten a product from their line that was not great. I just hope other growers follow suit with other states and LOWER pricing. The state needs to allow more licenses which will eventually help with that. I was always disappointed that they did not have online ordering available at ANY of my local Rise dispensaries. Now of course, with COVID-19 they have only online. I personally enjoy it this way better. I hope they keep the online option after this all ends. They've also done am AMAZING JOB at social distancing, masks, no crowding of people and no contact. So they get 5 stars for that.

I just got a text from Rise saying they would close this Sunday and I want to give a major shout out to them for that!!! Way to look out for your team. I've been on the front line of this for 4 weeks and today I took my own personal day as well to just take a break from the chaos and to be alone. Thank you for caring about your team! Your lives matter too!!

Really nice place! Very clean, comfy atmosphere. Only 1 page of a questionnaire for a first time visitor compared to the 12 page life history some of these places ask for. Everyone was friendly and very quick service. Beat prices for carts in York County with pretty nice deals. Definitely will come back!

Great experience! The staff inside Rise were all very friendly and hospitable. I was happy to find out that they offer a 10% military discount also. The building was very clean, well lit and had a overall good vibe with some Sublime playing in the waiting room along with a tv and information. The process was fast and very smooth. I was told previously that there was a shortage of dry flower in PA but Rise seemed well stocked with a variety of flower. Butter Cookies from Prime Wellness was recommended to me which turned out to be a quality, well packaged product. I will be a return customer. 👌

Very well put together and cleanly store. The female at front desk was very empathetic to my needs. Giving a 4 star instead of 5 because the girl who worked with me, I believe her name was Erin, seemed very checked out and did not give me much information about my medications. When I asked a question she seemed very unsure about the information she was giving me. When I walked up and sat down and she didn’t acknowledge me for a few seconds because she was too focused typing on her phone. Even when I came back from the ATM she was on her phone still. Very rude.

This place has a wide variety. They are usually a few bucks more then other places but it's worth it. The system with id's is better here, the wait wasn't long at all and customers service is phenomenal. They treat you like a human being and they respect your privacy. The place is comfortable and classy. In comparison to other places you have your own space and bud tender. You are rung up in your booth with your bud tender and it's nothing too complicated. I really like it here.

It doesn't take long before they get to know you as a person not just another number.Wich is very important to providing high levels of care and compassion in serving your medication needs to best execute healthy and safe treatment.

I don’t understand some of these reviews about supply of flower. It’s not rises fault, it’s a state wide issue.. rise sells out of flower quickly and so the other dispensaries within a few miles.. prices are a little high but that’s because the demand is high. You can’t put a price on feeling great either. I’m loyal to rise, I haven’t went to another place. The staff makes you comfortable the second you drop your IDs in the slot. They aren’t pushy towards patients/customers. They don’t ever rush you out the door. The building is always clean and well organized. So, id totally recommend them!

I am a frequent flyer at this dispensary and yes when they have stuff in it is usually very good and all the workers are very friendly… However, the menu is always very dry and they can never keep flower in stock. As soon as they get stuff on the menu it is gone within the next hour or two. They really need to work on keeping things in stock, and although they blame it on the grower shorting them, they have their own grower(gti) that could fulfill. They better fix this quick or the other Dispensary that is getting built on other side of town is going to quickly take over. Love Rise and the medication, but the lack of quantity in flower is a big problem.
