The Collective is amazing. Clubs are stuffy, elitist, tired and boring. The Collective has real working spaces, good events, amenities I can actually had such as showers, and most of all creative, continuously updated and excellent food and beverage. The Third Place idea gets a big adjustment with this place, and finally has a reasonable model for this century. I meet people here, eat here, sneak away to get a quiet work session, and don't have to worry about spending because I'm paying for the space. This is awesome.
Feedback:
This place is amazing. I went with a friend of mine who has a membership. The only thing keeping me from getting a membership of my own is the limited opening hours. Are there any plans on opening up earlier than 7 AM? Opening at 5 AM would be ideal for me... Hoping that with enough people saying that they would use the space this early, we could get The Collective to hire staff that early :) Thanks for all you guys do for this community!
Feedback:
The space is beautiful and membership is what you make of it. That said with the a few exceptions, the staff is largely unhelpful, there is a lot of disorganization, and the overall service is fair at best. I also experienced much frustration related to billing mistakes while I was a member that took way too long to correct.
Feedback:
The Collective Seattle is a great place! Whether you are grabbing some top notch food, getting a drink with some friends, or climbing on the rock wall, The Collective is a refuge from the hustle and bustle of SLU. Relax by the fire and play some guitar whenever you need a little break from the day.The Collective is member only, so see the front desk for a tour and info about joining. It's kind of like a country club for the urban person.
Feedback:
The collective is a fitting name as we (Mosaic community group) gather there as family to collectively share in both experience and support of one anothers wellbeing as believers in Christ. The ambience is surreal, the service impeccable and the memories enjoyed there, endearing.A gentleman working there found my coat and upon returning it to me offered io the most sincere courtesies with the most impeccable etiquette I've witnessed in decades. Very classy, very tasteful and beyond comfortable. If you are not careful it will be hard to leave, once there!
Feedback:
5 stars for food, 5 stars for the space, 4 stars for community! The food here is incredible - it may be worth getting a membership just for the restaurant. The space is also quite beautiful - there's a section with the bar/restaurant that is higher energy, as well as a section just for relaxing, which is typically quieter. Oh - and there's a climbing wall! There are a variety of community events around different shared hobbies - intro to rock climbing, massages, food photography, mezcal tasting. These are all interesting and often involve partnerships with local businesses. I really appreciate this sense of stewardship to the community. To that, I'd like to see a few more events just around networking and getting to know other community members.
Feedback:
The Collective is such a neat place! I really enjoyed heir recent grand opening in the spring of 2018.You can really tell some well intentioned designs were put into play that mix a nice palette of natural materials and modern applications of them.Make sure to check out the net fort, the mineral water, and the sweet topographic ceiling art!
