ONLINE ORDERING- Be sure to be very specific if you're going to order something off the specials menu. Got ripped a good deal because the budtender/managers (Brittany was the manager I'm assuming) don't pay close attention to the notes/special instructions...and once they take your money and process your transaction they can't change it.Ordered one of the Thursday cartridge specials which should've been buy two carts at $45+tax, get one for $1...got charged for 3 and they "did their best" to get me a "better promo" but didn't honor the promo because THEY made a mistake.Even walked them through their own process how to order, and how I ordered...be diligent. I hope this situation is "assessed" and doesn't happen to anyone again.

Placed a order at 6, called at 7 grace said I will get my order by 8 and I am first in line, 8:30 comes I have got nothing, I called again she said her driver is getting back from lunch shortly, then I would be third in line. Not sure how the information completely changed within a hour, I’ve read the reviews and they tend to tell people what will make them happy. Would be much better if they gave correct details. Now what I have to wait till 10 pm for my order?

I bought 2 vape carts about a month ago. These were the carts that Shango makes, and not 3rd party. When I used one maybe 2 weeks ago, it didn’t fire. Tested another cart which worked, which meant the cart was a dud. No big deal, I figured, and called Shango to arrange a replacement.The guy who answered the phone was rude. He interrupted me halfway through explaining the situation to shout “all sales are final.” Nothing else I said mattered, he just kept shouting “all sales are final.” Eventually he said I could talk to his manager who would not help me because all sales are final and I hung up.I then emailed customer service, who never bothered to reply to me.Shango has good prices and product, but I can’t recommend a company that doesn’t at least guarantee the products they sell work. Go somewhere else, I know other dispensaries do returns.

First time buyer here! I'm very impressed with shango 1st took less that 2hrs to have it delivered I know everyone is different but for me that's all it took. Then my order was correct got exactly what I ordered the buds even matched the pictures online. And it was all fresh I ordered 5 different strains all 5 were fresh and moist no dried stuff here. A++++ P.S. even the delivery guy was awesome gave me 3 bucks back from the tip told me go buy some water awesome service!!!

Poor delivery service! Poor customer service! They messed up the order which is fine it happens. Would have been fine had they not tried so hard to sell me the wrong order, because they were too lazy to go back and bring the correct order. Then said they would be back with correct order in 4 - 5 hours. I understand you are all busy but to screw up and tell someone we don't care we'll be back when we feel like it. Didn't apologize once. Part of good customer service is fixing a problem when there is one and this is an example of doing it wrong looks like.

Specials Are A ScamI heard that they were having a special all for the month of March of half oz's for $115. I've now gone in TWICE this month to get this deal, and BOTH times were told they were out of the special half oz's but they had something similar for $20 more. Don't advertise you are selling half's on special for $x.xx ALL month when you actually are not. It's just a scam to get you in the door. Bait and switch. Essence has better quality weed on top of that so there is really no reason to waste your time here.

Terrible service. Staff is rude and argumentative. Trisha and Faye in particular. Maybe turn the loud obnoxious music off so people can hear u whisper their name or get a speaker/ name readerboard. Should be named Shamgo. And for God sakes stop arguing with customers. Nobody wants to sit in a public anywhere right now. Theres this virus going around called Corona. Put some hand sanitizer at ur stations. Do better.

I come to this dispensary often and have never had a bad experience. Tonight was no exception. My bud tenders were amazing. Shawn helped me pick out some concentrates and recommended some great products for an amazing deal they have every Tuesday. As it was around 7pm it was a little bit of a wait to check out but Triston was amazing as always. He was super friendly while insuring I got the right price and even added my local discount without a word from me. I left the store with a huge smile and was stopped by Triston in the parking lot because I had left something inside. He went above and beyond to ensure I went home with what I needed. I would definitely recommend coming here just for the amazing customer service they provide but also because of the knowledge known by the staff. You can’t beat the price either! Shango definitely earned the 5 stars!!

I wish I can put 0 stars.. they only take cash, told me to use the their atm. It charge 3.50 fee I was ok with that until I seen they charge me a 2.50 service charge on top of that.. look the weed is already to much money you can go to essence where it’s half the price and better quality marijuana.. and trust me I’m a real weed smoker don’t spend your money at shango
