The staff is super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. There is a sign that says the standard fee of using a debit card...which should be expected when attempting to use a card to make a purchase. The budtender I dealt with was very informative and backed it up with personal experience and clear answers. I didn't have the cash on me so they held my bag at the front, even threw in a pack of matches. To top it off their more than reasonable prices have made this my favorite dispensary to visit. Will come back once I'm in the area.

Was a first time customer. My total was $81.73. I had $80 on me. They said I could use a debit card. OK, no problem. Got home the next day, another $6.50 in fees. No explanation at all while at the register.I called up and the guy on the phone said there was a sign and "there's nothing we can do about." Well, you lost a customer and you got a bad review. So maybe next time you should find something to do about it. There are so many options in LA - why would I ever come back here? Well, I won't.

One word: OVERPRICED! But so are all the other clinics, since pot became legal in California! Ridiculous. The same people who are exploiting this avenue and trying to turn it into a niche product, are the same Non-GMO/Vegan types. Slap some stupid Hipster lable on it and up charge everyone. Cannabis being sold in this fashion feels like weed is being gentrified!!!

Bud is prepackaged. Drove across town for some gorilla glue which was on the menu on their site and Leafly, but no grams, they were only selling 8ths. I'll probably be back because I haven't found GG anywhere else, but I'll go somewhere else for everything else.Check in was quick and employees were nice. The general area outside of the store front did not smell good.

This place is not like the others. This place is one of those few places where you not only feel welcome but you can see just by the way they keep there floor that they are here to please. For instance I mainly buy mid grade to lower end meds. Most places around the weho area have the worst mid grade its dry and old and I pay for it every time,until now at zen weho you can believe there products are great for all buyers and people with expectations of good quality zen weho has it and I will be coming back over and over for that reason only also the vending machines are dope thank you

very friendly service and a good selection of flowers, concentrates and edibles. and they have vending machines where you can buy pre-rolls and smaller samples of different strains. first time customers get a little goody bag of a few edibles, a one hitter and a pre-roll. and i actually got that as a return customer. perfect if you are in west hollywood.

I have been to this store many times and always liked it but today the door man was so rude to me that I won't be back. I came through the back door and went to the counter when all of a sudden I heard, "Hey, you gonna show me some ID?" I looked over to the desk by the door and said, "Oh sorry, yes of course. How are you?" He ignored my question, took my driver's license, looked me up and down and then said, "Do you have your medical marijuana card with you?" I said, "No I don't. I've never been asked for it before, just my ID." He said, "How you think you're gonna buy something if you don't have your medical card?" I said, "Again, I've never had to show it before after my first time in here." He gave my driver's license back to me and I told him I would go up the street instead. The bottom line is he was rude and there are other places to go spend your hard earned money that provide better customer service. Thanks anyway.
