Amazing place Best Prices and Deals in the State. Have a Great Variety of Everything and throws out a deal on the daily. I prefer this over any dispensary for my medicine. Staff is amazing and helps you out with any questions and let's you see the product and smell it before you make a decision. Trust me they wont ley let you down.. happy shopping

I did their new patient registration online so once I arrived, the process was very efficient. I was greeted at the door by a guard who kindly opened the door for me. Then I stepped to the first window and the kind man took my cards and offered me a seat. Next, Jennifer, who had straight hair which seemed very natural, took me to the next room. There Jennifer helped me through the rest of my selection and it was then that I discovered that her hair is usually curly! Who knew? Anyway, it was a Tuesday morning around 10:30, so there weren

I loved Zenleaf. This is my new dispensary. They have the most friendly and nicest people there and they are very welcoming people and help you in every way possible. I didn't get this at the other dispensary.

Just waited almost 30 min and still didn't get helped. They blamed it on a computer being down but honestly it's been like that every time I have tried to go. There are other dispensaries within five miles with almost instant serviceUpdate: i tried revisiting this place when i had 1 day left....they charged me 2 days for a 1 day gram of concentrates and after 5 calls and promises of fixing it NOTHING....they dont even call back!!!!!!!i highly recommend not shopping here....the botanist is 5 minutes away

First visit was stellar! Finally, The Botanist has competition which means a win for all! Competition keeps businesses from resting on their laurels and gives customers more options, it's great all around for everyone. Zen Leaf is a great option for Locals of the Northeast Ohio area to get medicine.I met with Anelisse the assistant manager and Isaac the pharmacist, both people were funny, intelligent and provided excellent customer service! I will be a regular from now on! Thank you Zen for joining our local community and I look forward to watching yoru menu and product line grow, grow and grow! :D The two product labels below are two of the three items I purchased on my first visit.The place is easy to find with GPS if your not familiar with that section of town. The area is clean, the building is well maintained and the inside is professional looking.The only thing missing is that if you're reading this you're not inside Zen Leaf purchasing some REAL medicine that works without horrible side effects.

Its awesome they cut daily deals and specials and send out notifications to their customers, unlike the Botanist. I just wish they had a better and more detailed menu with specific strain information with terpene profile, taste, effects, etc.
