Feedback:

This review is to acknowledge an employee. I purchased a product from this location and wasnt very satisfied with it. As any other unsatisfied person would do, I returned to the store to express my concerns. After we sarcastically exchanged a few words back and forth Chase made sure I was taken care of despite not being able to speak with his boss first and having a NO REFUND, RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY. He didnt have to, but he made it right with me with no problem. Way to keep loyal customers Chase!!! Thank you buddy!? if we ALL just do the right thing for ourselves and eachother, the world would be a better place.
