They sell a scale that is supposed to be good for decimals on grams. It's garbage, and they won't do a refund or an exchange on a scale? Don't buy from a company that doesn't back what it sells. Ziggy's, as a company, will never get another dollar of my business.

I'm sure the people are nice, but they either need to better educate themselves on their hemp products or work on their communication skills. I asked for a CBD lotion and they gave me Hemp lotion. Ziggyz doesn't carry any CBD products. I didn't pay enough attention, so I bought it and then couldn't return it the next day. I told them I wanted CBD and they told me it was in the hemp lotion. That may be, but hemp is not a CBD concentrated product. It's a plant with multiple cannabinoids included. They said it was the same thing and I had to storm off. From what it sounds like, they ground up the plant and put the powder in a lotion. CBD is extracted as an oil. It shouldn't come in powder form. They gave me nothing but wrong information regarding CBD, and their brief remarks made feel like they were just trying to make a buck and didn't care what they were selling me. These guys were no help.

Called to check stock availability on a 18 gauge to 14 gauge glass spacer it didn't have enough time to sit back and take the phone call the guy got mad when I told him I didn't want to buy his adjustable titanium nail and that I already had a 4 millimeter banger and and he hung up on me
