I received a delivery from this florist and it was absolutely gorgeous. Having lived in this valley for 25 years, I’ve come to expect little in terms of creativity from local florists. The offerings have been standard arrangements chosen from a catalog, often with disappointing substitutions of flowers. This arrangement was lush, with a variety of stems, from hydrangeas to lilies to tulips to orchids. Fillers were non- standard too. No ferns and baby’s breath. I can’t say enough about the artistry behind this beautiful delivery. Murrieta VIP Florist will be my first choice from now on.

I placed an order for Valentine's Day on 2/07 to be delivered. That's right, one week before Valentine's Day and my order arrived after my wife had left for the day. Do you really think all the deliveries made before I placed my order on 2/07 were made before my order? Of course they weren't. I was a return customer going back 6 years but not anymore.

Hands down the most efficient and customer service oriented florist shop I’ve ordered from. We were awaiting exciting news for whether we were having a boy or girl yesterday, wanting to place the order the day before Mother’s Day with the news so to make it a surprise announcement as well. Hannah was incredibly helpful and made the entire rushed order an easy process. The flowers arrived only hours after I placed them and the arrangement was gorgeous! My mother was surprised and the moment was perfect.

We needed a 175.00 Funeral Standing spray. We were put on hold for 4 minutes, then spent 18 minutes trying to order the flowers (That's 22 minutes for those of you without an abacus) and the person still could not get the order correct. Called Finicky, professional, accurate, and very empathetic for our loss. Oh yeah, it took 7 minutes.

Just beautiful arrangements every time. Every occasion I have had them do a bouquet, arrangement or any of my floral needs they come through every time. Customer service is outstanding. Flowers last twice as long if any place I have been too. Only place to go for your floral needs. Thank you for expertise and professionalism every time. Just picked up my Christmas arrangement for my wife. Loves it!!!!

Called in late, hoping to pick up a corsage for my sons homecoming... we were literally on our way out the door! She made a custom corsage based on the color of the dress of my son’s date. So I pay, sight unseen and hope for the best. It was so beautiful! His date loved it! Excellent and fast work. This florist saved our day. Highly recommend. IMG_3663.jpeg

Wish I could give zero! My family requested flowers sent for a funeral on Wednesday, a confirmation email was received confirming the order and delivery date of Wednesday. On Friday, we received a delivery confirmation email at 6pm! When we contacted the florist, they insisted the flowers were delivered in time for the funeral but had no proof. The representative on the phone insisted she spoke to someone about the delivery but was not willing to provide any confirmation via email or writing. The funeral home said they could not confirm, and added they've received flowers from this company AFTER funerals multiple times. Upon asking the representative for non verbal confirmation she hung up! Awful!

Got a great bouquet at a price that was competitive with Stater Brothers next door. I like Stater Brothers as a grocery store and don't want to knock them, but they charge too much for the kinds of flowers they were selling. Still, I might have bought their flowers if not for the fact that this florist had much better bouquets for only about a dollar more. Note to owner: The price I paid today was apparently discounted a few dollars from what was advertised on internal signage, but that tiny discount made the difference between me being willing to hang around a few minutes to be waited on and me walking out empty handed. I was very happy, and my wife was even happier. I plan to come back and see you in the future.

Never in my life I have ever been let down getting flowers!!! My husband had ordered flowers to be delivered to my work (off Murrieta hot springs) at 9am! The wait he was told was 3 hrs!!! So I should have gotten it by 1? 1 passed and he had called the shop (your shop) and they said it was delivered... He called me to act surprised because it was a surprise... And I told him I got nothing... He called back and they told him it was "in route"! How can they say it was delivered and then in route???? I had left work at 3pm and still haven't gotten anything, asked my management if any flowers got delivered??! NOTHING!!! I had to leave work and pick up my kids from school.... I got home at 5 and my work called and said they delivered it.... I was beyond mad, not only because you ruined a surprise but he keeps calling to talk to a manager (there has to be a manager there, how can you run a place without management around) and no one wanted to forward him to a manager!!! WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!! I WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS BUT THERE IS NO OPTION FOR THAT!
