I gave them an extra star because they actually had what I needed. But the service here was terrible. Drove over an hour to pick up product I had put on hold. Made sure it wasn’t in aisle before going to customer service to avoid any of this. When we finally get there, the ladies or workers, say that the product isn’t there anymore and they might have put it back. That’s where the conversation ended as she turned around to continue talking to coworkers. Nobody offered to help get it or where it would might be. We searched for it and finally found it. DISRESPECTFUL AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!!!

Pretty consistent. Has most of the stuff I need. The only gripe I have about this store is that their return department is pretty rude sometimes. I've had to go to different stores because they give me a hard time with things that the McKinley store has no problem with. It's like 5 min closer to me than the other store so I just go there to purchase stuff I need.

Walk from one end of store to get what you need then walk to the opposite end of the store to get in line to slowly walk to the other end of the store to check out then walk all the way back to the other end of the store to get back to your truck. Check out is supper slow and if your a contractor its really time consuming to get what you need and get out as we don't make money waiting in long lines we make money getting the job done. There should be an express line for contractors who can show there contractors state license pocket card so we can get CHECKED OUT FAST and back to our job site the same thing should be applied to the parking under the canopy i can't tell ya how many times i need to pick up a load and its full of home owners buying flowers if home depot wants to operate like this, well its just as easy to go to Lowes Home depot needs to cater more to the contractors and make them a priority or we will just shop somewhere else

Every time I use this store for large shipping orders they screw it up. It wont allow me to choose the other location. I have been trying to find my new outdoor table which according to the 1-800 customer service is in fact sitting in the back waiting for me .I will never order from Home Depot again. This location needs new management.Nobody knows what is going on .Now I have a bunch of chairs and no table and no answers .

We needed to buy 10 bags of red mulch so we parked across from the pallets that have it stocked outside by the garden area where it said "loading zone". Garden area was closed so we went inside the store to pay, when I asked an employee he said we couldn't pay and load he had us load 10 bags of mulch on a flatbed cart, carry them to the register and then back to the car... Very inconvenient and unconscious! Not happy with their system.

Amazing service from Otto in the windows department. He helped me select the best window replacements for my home that are energy efficient and still within my budget. As a do-it-your-self-er I really appreciated his attention to detail and helpful suggestions and recommendations for the job. I can’t wait until my 7 windows arrive. Thanks again for your help!

Clearance Section for Wood Is Amazing.! But To Have My Wood Cut, The Kid Who Is Always There To Cut The Wood (I should know his name by now but I'm not exactly sure) Is So Sloppy! Cuts on my wood is so uneven . Hes very rude. I had to have about 3 2x4s all cut in 3ft sections and once he was finished cutting he tells me "it's all done" & LEAVES to "help" another customer!! Another customer noticed and decided to help me. I couldn't believe it.

I went to the Corona Home Depot last night around 7:00 p.m. When I was checking out at the self service aisle, I advised the MANAGER DORIS that I had a military discount, which I use all the time. She asked me if I had a card, which I did and she proceeded to advise me that my husband had to be present to use the card. I asked when this started. She indicated it was a new policy. I advised her that my husband was DEAD. He was memorialized four days ago and this just brought back memories and sorrow. My daughter went on the website and advised DORIS, that nowhere did it way the vet had to be present. She did not budge but indicated this was the store’s policy. I was upset and just left. Prior calling Corporate today; I called the store and spoke with another manager, Clarissa. She advised me that DORIS was wrong and I should return to the store for the military discount that I was entitled to. Someone needs to tell Doris.

South Corona Home Depot is always great. The employees are always extremely helpful even if they don't know what I'm looking for. Cotter pins for a building project. They did find another employee who knew what they were and where I could find them. Plus they were very helpful in adding a reciprocating saw, circular saw and rotary tool to my growing Ryobi 18- volt one+ cordless brushless tool bag. 😀 I love all the new tools. Thanks S Corona your employees are the best!

unorganized and unprepared older lady walking around sloughing off any responsibility couldn't even tell me where the twine was. not really sure if she was hired for the holidays because she was wandering around between the store and the Christmas tree lot where I encountered her. As I approached her while carrying the tree above my head I asked her, where can I find some twine? she said it looks like you're doing the loading laughing and walking away waving her hands.
