I just left empty handed. A promotion was sent via text message that when I arrived was out of stock, I asked if they could apply the same deal to another product since I just came because of the text. And a sales member said they couldn't even honor it with a comparable product. Most every store has figured out how to keep repeat customers happy or cya by writing ‘while supplies last’ in your promo.

Santa Ana has the highest counts of Covid-19 in Orange County and here these people advertise curb-side service yet when I went there today, they told me that I needed to either walk in or order 20 minutes a head of time and that I needed to move my car even though there were many open parking spots... Last week I had no issues with their curb-side service but this week they are telling me to WALK IN if I want to be serviced?!?Customer Experience: 1/5Product Variety: 2/5Price: 2/5Unless you're desperate, don't go here, take your business elsewhere to people who deserve it... This place lost my business forever.

What an awful experience dealing with awful people and greedy management whom sets standards like $50 minimum purchase, then prices the items at 48 or 45 and won’t accept that.Will force you to get cash out the ATM just to pay a fee to do so and then buy the product because you don’t want to go over the 50 minimum and hit 100 or 200 that day. Not cool to people who use this to medicate guys. Price gouging on weed should be illegal.Avoid avoid avoid

Update: This dispensary bills under "10 Management Company," ~a property management company~ per my cc account information...NOT as "The Spot"...very strange! Also: Not sure why owner's response to my review stated "we don't allow onsite medicating or anyone to bring in mj onsite". What you should be concerned about is that apparently some of your employees are unable to correctly and appropriately answer simple questions your customers have or do their jobs well due to their being under the influence...whether it's on site, at lunch time or before or after work...it doesn't matter to your customers when or how, but what matters is your employees are giving incorrect information out so why would that be tolerated? I couldn't care less when they use...my concern is misinformation and inappropriateness! Example: A clerk in a liquor store shouldn't be having functional issues in performing their duties due to intoxication from any medication, alcohol or substance...if they come in under the influence...most would be reprimanded and held accountable...not have management brush it under the rug!Original review: This dispensary is difficult to find if you're not familiar with the area. The street it's on is segmented and has a lot of juts and turns; I had problems finding it a couple years ago based on online directions and verbal directions from the dispensary. Spent a good 2 hrs and 1/3 tank of gas trying to find it and went home empty handed. Based on that experience (and the fact I found a better place) I didn't try again until recently as they had a strain my regular dispensary was out of. Also didn't realize it was the same place till later. But I called to get directions and spoke to someone (Jacob) who told me to drive south on the 5 fwy and other errors...even though I told him I was coming from South OC. Had I followed his instructions I would have ended up in San Diego County! When I got there I complained to the manager, a short young hispanic woman (I don't remember her name) who was rude and unapologetic. Her response to the above situation was, "I'm sure he did his best"...defending the (apparently stoned/disoriented) employee. Anyways...I did (regretfully) make the purchase in order to not waste any more of my time, gas or effort, but I won't be returning! The product was stale and way less potent than my previous experience. Also, the security guards have such a heavy presence for one little customer in the room....very uncomfortable and very unnecessary. I did not raise my voice nor act aggressively and was actually quite nice about the ordeal but sheez you'd think I was a bank robber! Also the girl who screens you for ID was also "out to lunch" as when I spoke to her about the bad instructions I was given her response was..."They shouldn't have even given you instructions at all"...say WHAT?!? Are you kidding!?! The bottom line is...a business should know how to direct people to their address from all directions. Online directions are frequently erroneous...you should be clear-headed and able to assist you customers. And when you're at work don't be stoned...this is the equivalent of a bartender being drunk on the job and unable to take care of their customers! Working at a dispensary should not be a free pass to mess up or be dysfunctional! And you should apologize when you do mess up! I will not be returning...inferior old/stale product that has sat on the shelf far too long and very poor customer service and communication skills!

Their Price Point, on this stuff alone, makes you NEED to go and purchase your wares, HERE. This is by far my favorite shop, cuz I know I can walk in, find what I'm looking for, and if they're out....the crew they have is knowledgeable enough to know what to suggest.I'll be back this week for sure.

I have been a repeat customer here for a long time. Not anymore! Stale flowers , moldy flowers and bogus flowers that were useless. their promotions are lame and poorly managed. express customers get special treatment while walkins can wait 30 minutes in lobby and then stand in another line once they actually get in the store. Then there is the location a Santa Ana industrial area that you don't want to go to at night. No wonder they have armed guards everywhere.

Today was my 1st time here and I left very disappointed, when I came in the guy in the lobby took all my info from my PASSPORT after that he tells me to go in and for this 1st visit I was gonna get %10 off, I go in order what I want and budtender hits me with full price, I asked why and apparently only CA ID gets you discounts! Really?? I've been to other legal and popular dispensaries in Santa Ana and my passport has never been an issue, honestly I feltso discriminated cause like I said the guy at the lobby never told me anything about "that policy" false advertisement. I'm never going back to this place.

First time back since rebranding. Front end staff was amazing and friendly. Budtender was not as friendly. I wanted info on specific product type. I felt I had to ask overly specific questions to get what I needed information wise. I asked about 2 brands and was only given info on what I asked about, and not shown any other options in the category. Was cordial after taking our cash and finally asked us what plans were this weekend. The time to be personable has passed....

My first visit with my Son was quite interesting, my Son had been buying CBD oil for me & it’s been like a miracle helping with COPD.The assistant Michael who helped me was very helpful & knowledgeable about the different oils.I have been taking The Papa Barkley 30:1 relief tincture, morning/night, after asking a lot of questions I am going to stick to the Papa Barkley for daytime but trying Four to One at night hopefully this will help me sleep.

I LOVE 10 Spot Collective! Each Bud-tender have their own little workstation so there's never a long wait when I go in because of the efficiency. It has a very nice modern design inside that anyone can appreciate. I went in for a Heavy Hitters pen and they had plenty of different ones to choose from. I will definitely be returning and would suggest checking them out!
