I'm giving 2 stars strictly on the strength of their GROW TEAM, who produce phenomenal products, but I wish they'd step up their customer service on all fronts. I inquired about the "Lost Tribe" strain a couple months back when calling in, but was put on hold and then hung up on. Saw the strain on Instagram again from a cannabis reviewer this week (who tagged 14er), so I sent a message to see where I could find it....IGNORED! I know I was ignored because they've made several posts since then without ever acknowledging me. These guys are blessed with a great grow team, but they don't seem to care about the people who support them. If you're going to have a phone line or social media profile, don't act like it's a pain in the behind to run it.

I, as a medical patient appreciate that the 14er continues to provide their 10-11 a.m. pick up for us medical patients & people with immune deficiencies. Please continue this until the masks are gone. THANK YOU. The flower here is outstanding. The people here know their sheat and are super friendly every time I stop by... which is often!. Might I suggest Tropicanna, GMO Cookies, TRUTH to start. Bummer the Med side is gone, but like Boulder and the rest of the world, the times they are a changin’. Keep mixing up the live rosin pods too!

Drove 30 mins out of my way to pick up an order, showed up at 10:40 and the kid told me to sit there and wait another 20 minutes so that medical patients could come in first. If it were 2 months ago that would be a nice gesture but a) we’re over the hump now, no business is doing that anymore b) picking up an order takes all of 20 seconds and c) customers are all wearing masks and don’t come within 20 feet of each other anyways. 2 stars for the ridiculous inconvenience.

I would have given a 5Star review, but MED HAS REALLY BEEN OUT SINCE EARLY MAY. The quality here is excellent. Staff is amazing This is one of the best places around. They just need to treat Med side a bit better. NO MAC,KOSHER KUSH,TROPICANA Weding cake and others never make it to Med. Thank you.

Every time I come here I get treated rude yesterday I placed a order they sent me a go ahead and pick up message so I drove 40 min to find store closed I love the quality of flower hands down the best out of the hand full of times I’ve been there only once have I had a cool staff member treat me cool if you don’t like being at your job find another one common Courtesy go along way especially in these times So the one star is for the customer service growers though out of the park FIVE stars

What happened to the med side? I discovered less than a week ago that all products had been taken down from their Med Pre-Order with no notice whatsoever. Would've been cool to inform your patients, I would've stocked up before that happened.I've been shopping at 14er a very long time. Since 2015. I witnessed their failed effort to make their medical side member's only, which was not only unpopular, but seems to have ran their Med bar into the ground. Very unhappy patient here. Will not be shopping on the rec side or here anymore. Very disappointing guys, I used to see you as pioneers of the industry. And will sorely miss your landrace genetics.

Update:No more medical side. Still offer it, but a recent call placed to the store revealed the employees are unsure of when stock is returning if ever or when or how. Plenty on the recreational side.Used to be the best of the best. Another Colorado favorite gone.Prices are more than what you would want to pay, most definitely. Once it goes in your lungs, liver, or what have you- YOU'LL know where that extra money went.UpdateWhat happened to 14er? At least on the medical side, there is never any product in stock.

1) it’s plain absurd to turn away a medical patient with a digital med card on their first visit in. Literally any other dispensary will accept a valid electronic version of your med card.2) better Rec deals than med deals is pretty messed up.3) snarky receptionist who thinks she’s “holier than thou”

From the bottom of my heart I love you guys at 14er and I think you have one of the best products in town. That being said I think the prices recently are a bit higher than i would like, but I'll give you the guys the benefit of the doubt that there is reasoning behind it. Keep maintaining the good flower and don't change anything. Much love to you and the staff.

Not too sure what is going on with the 14er operation, but for the past month or so things have been really inconsistent. Daily deals no longer advertised, daily text specials for members no longer happening, prices no longer transparent (have risen quite a bit also) and do not include taxes anymore. Tech issues for the past couple months on the website and the blog is no longer accessible to see what deals are going on for the day. This has been my favorite product/dispensary for a long time but the inconsistency has left a sour taste. Some transparency with what is going on, how much is changing, what is changing, and what to expect could do wonders for the loyal customers and patients who love the products you offer. Additionally, the new dutchie pre-order service is not user friendly and the whole menu is like a guessing game. Nothing appears straight foward, especially compared to the previous pre-order process which was more predictable - it even included daily special items. (This is a major reason I came started coming to 14er - leafly/dutchie/weedmaps menus and pre-order processes are absolute trash)It also would help if someone was able to actually answer the phone when people call, instead of not picking up at all or answering with frustration. It is very offputting for customers who are just seeking clarification in the midst of all the changes.I am really hoping this all temporary because I love everything you guys are about. I just wanted to take the time and give feedback or perspective from the customer point of view.
