MY ONE & HUGE COMPLAINT:You guys are doing all orders online right now. That tells me as the customer that I should be able to be in & out FAST. But I’m waiting in line for at least 15 minutes EVERY VISIT. And most of the time only a couple people in front of me. That’s ridiculous to me. Like what are you guys doing in there? I see a lot of people. I think the line speed could be better.Good customer service & stock otherwise.

I have had good experiences here until recently. I use the curbside service since I'm high risk for COVID19. It's slow but a nice service they offer.I ordered online in the evening thinking I could pick up in the morning when I was in town. Well, they don't allow that, same day pickup only, so I drove there and the drive thru was blocked off. They said oh it's closed. Ok, so I went inside feeling confident in their efforts to adhere to social distancing. I was the only customer. Budtenders were nice as always. They didn't have some items so we talked about substitutions. Before I knew it, I was shoulder to shoulder with other customers at the glass cases. It was like a party in there. When I went to pay, they were charging $20 more than was quoted online. So the cashier starts taking everything out of the bag. Meanwhile, even more customers were allowed to step up. It was so crowded that I left empty handed. It was very dissapointing. I didn't want to leave a negative review so I emailed them my concerns, no reply. So for the benefit of others who are high risk for COVID19, definitely do not go inside this location. You can't depend on this place to keep you safe. If you go, use the drive thru service & call before you go there to make sure they haven't closed it. Once you get there prepare to wait a while.

Will never go back again. Save your hard earned money, and be treated like you matter. Grab what you need at one of the many better places in Everett. Planned on stopping by there today, and was prompted by a text from PRC to please order online to reduce contact. So I ordered online. Followed the process texted to my phone, and when I arrived at the location to pick up was told that they just cut that service off. He said that I would have to get in the line, and that he couldn't promise that I would get in before close with only 30 minutes until closing. What a waste of my time. Drove 20 minutes to get there. Poor decision by management lost thousands in sales.

The two stars are for the quality alone of the products if I am being honest. My over all experience at this location has been dwindling down to very sad. Prices are insane at times. Which I can look over, if it's good and it's worth the price the price doesn't matter for quality. But, service is a huge thing. Years ago when I would come in I was greated with smiles every time, i had totally found my birthday twin there and every time I saw him I was always greated by him and helped out because honestly he was my cool birthday twin budtender. He's been gone, things happen I'm not going to leave a bad review over an employee moving on. But, now the last few dozen times me or my family members have come in we have got the unfortunate displeasure of being helped by some guy who works here. He is nice, but rushes. We all have been nearly rushed out the door by this guy and makes it very uncomfortable to want to look at products and make a decision, possibly spend more than 2 minutes with the guy to find something you actually want is VERY uncomfortable. It might be one seed that needs better customer service training but it has turned quite a few of my family members and myself away from wanting to come into the establishment. Don't want to play the game of Russian roulette and get the same pushy, impatient person.

Been a long time customer for 3 years for medicinal purposes. After enduring several "system/rewards" changes, this latest change lost me a 10% off entire purchase, 15% off edible purchase, and a 20% off entire purchase. Was told by person ringing me up when u wanted to redeem my 20% entire purchase they were told by the store manager they WILL NOT honor points customers have accumulated with the new system change. Before the system change took place +because I come in regularly I knew this was in the process) I asked about it, and was told points would be honored so I did not use my points before the change over since I was planning to pick up a larger order at my next visit. At my next visit the change was made, and was informed all points were rendered useless. Very upset. I have since told many regular customers/friends and they too now no longer will be customers as well. All too often things like this have happened with this location. I was given no offer to transfer my points to the new system, either. Very apathetic person ringing me up when I explained my frustration and displeasure. While the customer service is good, the prices are high and always climbing (my usual purchase was increased by $25 within just 3 weeks apart!). Not unusual for this location either, unfortunately.I will now be going to the other local store, or making a trip south for better prices and reward system that is ACTUALLY honored. And more importantly, not continue to be duped by continuous system changes and points loss without any attempt to make it right to a faithful customer. If I could give zero stars, I would. You've lost a very regular customer because of this (AGAIN), plus many others by word of mouth. All over not honoring your reward system. Pity. You can't just keep changing the rewards system and not transferring points all the time and expect to keep customers. This is not the first time this has happened. Bad business.

My last visit I was in the market for a cartridge. I specified an indica or indica dominant hybrid. The cartridge was faulty and they replaced it no problem. My issue is that the strain I was sold is a sativa dominant hybrid after I asked for the opposite. I purposely don't smoke sativa or sativa dominant strains because they exacerbate my anxiety. I didn't think I needed to look strains up myself there, that's what the budtenders are for? VERY disappointed

Friendly staff, massive selection and good location. They host crazy deals and even bring in vendors/growers to interface with the buyers. They do have an app to skip the line, and they also have a fair rewards program.I think the biggest issue I have, and it's not really an "issue" per se, is that when a strain or brand I like is sold out, or discontinued, I cant really rely on the staff to recommend something similar with any accuracy. After much trial and error I normally just ask them for their recommendation which is 99% likely to be just whatever that particular staffer's flavor of the week is. Granted the selection is vast and I think a lot of people out there consider themselves aficionados so it cant be easy to know it all. Seriously just about anything they have recommended, while it may be different than what I wanted, usually does the job proper - so perhaps I am one of those pseudo-aficionados too.

This is my favorite place. There was a sitcom called “cheers”. The theme song was Every body knows your name. And that’s how I feel when I go to PRC Arlington. By the airport. I walk in and Hi Terry whatcha looking for today. Good to see you. And product selection is great. People are great. You won’t be disappointed. And yes I’m just a customer and rarely do I rate anything. So live, love and be Happy at PRC. Thx

Great little store tucked away behind the building. Great prices. Look for the deals, on the day i visited it was 20 percent of vape cartridges. I believe they have a special every day. Their prices were lower than other shops I have been to. They also had a great selection. They have flower, leaf, prerolled, edibles, oils, concentrates. A full one stop shop. I have visited this shop on several occasions over the past few months and have always had a good experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.
