Feedback:

This place has unreasonable billing. They increase your bill if you have insurance. They don't have standard print out of the charges. Eye exams are invasive and makes you nervous. The lenses are pricey. $ over 500 with AR, Transition, Hi- index etc.The lady optometrist was in a rush and told me that the insurance discount would be applied after the allowance - so unprofessional. I was in shock. Found out that it wasn't after all with another person. They tell you the lenses are premium which are simply bluffing to make you buy. After my discount and allowance with VSP, just the lenses add up to be over $100. Total for the lenses are over 500. What a rip off. Better off go near the University.Got into a traffic accident in the parking lot. I suspect it was due to the defective lenses. I went back and tell them they r blurry at the right side so The assistant manager titled the lenses for me. It got better. I went back to check with doctor, told the manager about the accident. The manager wouldn't refund unless I return the glasses. But that already wasted my last year's allowance. Don't want to deal with them anymore.
