I don’t know where to begin... all I needed was a TB test for my employer. First the clinic didn’t know if they accepted my insurance. The receptionist told me she would be able to tell me till after the services were billed. At this point I was desperate so I told her that was fine.I told her to go ahead and proceed, I was in need of my TB test. I took my TB test on a Wednesday and returned on a Saturday. My test was negative, I needed paperwork filled out by their doctor or nurse practitioner whatever he is... all I know is that his name is Greg... he declined to fill out my paperwork and gave me a lab order to do blood work & a chest X-ray. I told him I didn’t see why that was necessary since I didn’t test positive. Mind you that Saturday I returned the receptionist told me my co payment was going to be $50. How could it go from $15 the first day to $50 the returning day. So I told him thank you for your time. I’m sorry you don’t know how to read a order for a employer. All the additional tests he wanted me to do was unnecessary. I went to that clinic since it’s close to my work. Never again. I returned home on my days off to my Public Health Department, explained the situation I went through they couldn’t even understand his reasoning. Never again will I return here. I wouldn’t even recommend this place. Only one star because of the nice young lady who was polite and gave me my shot. Other then that service is horrible, place is dirty. Paint chipping off the walls. No thank you!

Maria front office is the rudest creature i have ever encountered.Horrible how she speaks to people. I wonder why someone like her is working in that particular industry you can tell she really hates her god dam job .

This doctor is awesome. Dr Tolles has treated my and my kids several times, at both locations. He takes the time to educate you about your condition. He writes scripts even for OTC meds. I have always felt much better after being treated, which I cannot say about other places that do nothing for you. Office is always clean and staff has been nice to us.

Very rude people especially front desk. I walk in at 5:15pm and they said they can’t see me because they are closed, when it says they close at 6:00pm. I don’t know why it says 24hrs when they are not open 24hrs.

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff is incredibly rude and they close whenever they want. I showed up at 5:20 walked through the doors that had a sign that states they close at 6 and walk up to the counter where there is a wrinkled piece of red paper that says closed taped to the counter. I say hi to the receptionist and she looks up and as I’m about to ask about the sign she cuts me off with a “we’re actually closed, not taking anymore patients we will open again at 7am” and then looks back down at her computer like I’m not even there. In all the times I’ve been there I’ve never been treated with courtesy not even by the doctors. The radiologist is one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in the medical field. Also not to mention that every time I’ve been there they always open with something not working or not available and that I could back tomorrow before even asking why I’m there or even saying hello. I will never again show up there.

Walked in with my 2 year old there closing time is 10 pm ! I walked in at 9:15pm and I was told he couldn’t be seen because the last patient is at 10 pm and the dr wants to leave at 10. Working at an urgent care myself we close at 8 and of the patient walks in at 7:55 we see them !!!!! The receptionist didn’t even ask what the reason for visit was. All she did was give an attitude ghetto and unprofessional there was absolutely no one in the office. So I don’t see why he couldn’t be seen or triaged !

I understand is URGENT CARE and they need to treat patients accordingly to urgency. I was seen for a cut on my finger. Cut was bad, with pressure I was still bleeding.The nurse immediately advice to go in so the nurse and dr could see the cut. Since Dr. Was in a room with a pt, The nurse knock on door (it was emergency bleeding while putting pressure on my finger) Dr. saw it and I was immediately treated. I had 8 stitches, and while he was putting on stitches dr. (African Dr) advice to nurse to tell pts waiting will be a little longer because he had ergency of treating a pt.Thank you nurses as and Dr. For your services.
