I don’t know where to begin... all I needed was a TB test for my employer. First the clinic didn’t know if they accepted my insurance. The receptionist told me she would be able to tell me till after the services were billed. At this point I was desperate so I told her that was fine.I told her to go ahead and proceed, I was in need of my TB test. I took my TB test on a Wednesday and returned on a Saturday. My test was negative, I needed paperwork filled out by their doctor or nurse practitioner whatever he is... all I know is that his name is Greg... he declined to fill out my paperwork and gave me a lab order to do blood work & a chest X-ray. I told him I didn’t see why that was necessary since I didn’t test positive. Mind you that Saturday I returned the receptionist told me my co payment was going to be $50. How could it go from $15 the first day to $50 the returning day. So I told him thank you for your time. I’m sorry you don’t know how to read a order for a employer. All the additional tests he wanted me to do was unnecessary. I went to that clinic since it’s close to my work. Never again. I returned home on my days off to my Public Health Department, explained the situation I went through they couldn’t even understand his reasoning. Never again will I return here. I wouldn’t even recommend this place. Only one star because of the nice young lady who was polite and gave me my shot. Other then that service is horrible, place is dirty. Paint chipping off the walls. No thank you!
