These guys are running some type of racket. They have hundreds of cars listed in my state of Minnesota and they are all priced at ridiculously low prices to good to be true. When you call their Minnesota number at any time morning, noon or night day after day weekdays or weekends you will NEVER get a person who answers the phone. When you inquire via email on any of their to good to be true deals they have never responded once and I've inquired on at least 10 plus cars. Don't trust this company not sure what they are up to but it does not appear to be any good.

I had a situation where an underpanel came loose while I was one the freeway. I drove dragging it to the dealership. With no appointment my service Rep. Ross Benson took action. He got down on his hands and knees removed the Panel himself ordered a replacement and scheduled an appointment to replace. Great service which I have become to expect over the years from Ross.

I bought a used Mercedes exactly one year ago. It was a trade in and they said they will do full maintenance and I can have the car in a week. Once I got the car within a day engine light came on. They charged me an additional $800 to fix it. They said it would normally cost $1600 and they will cover half the charges. I did not agree paying extra charges for repairs for a car I just bought from Mercedes dealer a week ago. They did not agree with me so just wanted to be done so I paid repairs on a car they just sold me. One year after the purchase Today I am getting the front tires replaced which has less than 10k miles on it. You know why ? Because they did not do alignment when they install the new tires a year ago. I would not recommend this dealer.

This Praise is for the Sprinter Service Division.Sprinter Service Division Staff is Incredible Maribel R., Nick Batts, the Mechanics. No mess around Nonsense. Just get it done. The only reason they dont get 5 stars is because MERCEDES needs to get it into gear and HIRE MORE MECHANICS. Fill every bay with a Mechanic to accommodate the overpacked parking lot of Sprinters waitin for service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had the required Service B done for our leased CLA 250.Luke Morgan took care of everything quickly and efficiently.They were very busy and I waited for the service to be done, but it was finished In the typical 2 hr. period.You can arrange for another vehicle at the dealership and pick up your car the next day, but you have to make these arrangements prior to the day of service.

These guys don’t deserve 1 star review too. Their customer service is too bad. I’m not sure why sales representatives that work here have an attitude. I talked briefly to a representative name Sean, man this guy has tons of attitude. Mercedes Benz representatives at this store, just remember to be nice to your potential customers otherwise you won’t get a dime from them. I was at Porsche earlier in the day and their customer service was amazing. My cash for my car is going to Porsche. You lost one customer Mercedes Benz (not that you care), just make sure to correct your attitude otherwise you will loose other future customers too.

My experience is always good because of Collette Connors my service advisor for all 5 of my vehicles over the years. Disappointing was the online appmt. Process. I was given the choice of wait or a shuttle to find out others had obtained loaners- in addition I never received the promised text reminder. Wait time for B service and a tire Under warranty was 1045 am - 330pm. The 5 stars are for Collette and the polite and organized check l-in staff.

Gloves-✅mask ✅ protective covers for car interior ✅ Easy check in✅ No up selling✅ Fabulous service !! Wiped down my interior car again in front of me at pick up so I felt safe and secure. I liked the cars, but had a totally disrespectful experience. It’s not ok to tell us that we can take a car for a test drive if we know 100% we are going to buy it. Another rep was rude and told us that we should come another time because its by appointment only or we have “to wait patiently” (that were exactly his words and we weren’t even rushing anyone). This message could be delivered in different words, right? We’ve been there on Saturday 5/30 around 4.30-5pm. Why would I want to come back?
