I liked the cars, but had a totally disrespectful experience. It’s not ok to tell us that we can take a car for a test drive if we know 100% we are going to buy it. Another rep was rude and told us that we should come another time because its by appointment only or we have “to wait patiently” (that were exactly his words and we weren’t even rushing anyone). This message could be delivered in different words, right? We’ve been there on Saturday 5/30 around 4.30-5pm. Why would I want to come back?
