Went there for the first time tonight and I have never been treated better! They give you a coupon right when you get there and a folder with all their information. The selection was really good and decent prices! They also gave me a list of their deals they have every day of the week(different deal every day) which is something the dispensary I used to go to doesn't do.. I was treated amazingly by everyone in there!! Richard was my budtender and he was very nice and extremely helpful!! I will be going back for sure!! Think I just found my new dispensary!!

Besides the amazing professional energy, the knowledge and approchability of the staff that isn't met anywhere else around here. They have everything which is perfect for a person who suffers from ptsd or anxiety as well as body pain. They also have an excellent flower and carterage selection and now with their loyalty points;which are combinable with their sister store syennergy makes getting rewards easy to reach. I completly recommend this store!

Not much for cartridges and my first time going here I had issues. Me and my mom both went in and we had different people help us. When we left the store we discovered that we got the same product deal except I paid more money and had less product and that her cashier gave her the new customer discount and mine didnt give me one. She also got an extra cartridge for her deal. They made it right after going back in there 3x. But I think they should make sure everyone working there knows what deals and discounts there are. I dealt with Edward and she dealt with Jacqueline. A different guy working there made things right. I didnt catch his name though. Not sure if I'll be returning

Has been my go to place since recreational sales began. Always friendly and helpful staff. My only suggestions would be to keep your online calendar and web site up to date. (it's the end of February and no calendar yet). You sell bud not listed on your site and are out of bud listed there too. I don't like to wait around till 10 AM to call and see what is available. I want to know when new products arrive, when will clones be available this year, THC & CBD rating of all the bud you sell and that sorta stuff.

I actually struggled not to give them a 5 only for the fact that between this place and the other option of the dragon place, its way cheaper and just as good. The staff are very helpful, quick, and out of the numerous times I been there only had one guy not informative (Everyone has off days). It IS recreation and medical. It IS cash only. The cheapest eigth is about 25 and the cheapest 500mg oil cartridge is 27$ but they have deals daily that change (If you can keep up it helps, like buy one get one 50% off cartridges on Fridays). All in all this place is awesome. I've traveled across the US and it's actually one of the best I been to so I highly recommend.

Ok the staff is freindly and helpful but some of the staff need to pay attention to the weed you ask for and what they give you three times ive gotten home and it was not the weed i asked for and i was charged for the more expensive weed....my second complaint is some of the outdoor weed 530 sells is just plain garbage or should be heavily discounted. 20 to 25 bucks for dry past its prime weed is a rip off come on 530 i understand your trying to make money but thats just being greedy selling bunk weed....third complaint is 530 club weed prices or way overpriced............

This was my first time there and I have to say that I was a little bit "under-whelmed" by both the size of the store and their selection of goods. They are hidden discreetly in a small strip center. Their big illuminated 530 sign is the only clue as to their where-abouts. Once checked in we were greeted by a sharp looking young man who took good care of me. I told him that I was looking for something to help me to get through the side-effects of my chemotherapy treatments. He seemed to know just what to offer me and the prices were in-line with other dispensaries. I even received a ten percent senior discount. I walked out after paying around $200 (they take cash only) for a good supply of medicine that should last me over a month. I would have spent more but they were out of a lot of what I was looking for. I guess that the new law that went into effect at the beginning of the year which allows for recreational marijuana sales hit their inventory pretty hard. I will be back.

VERY helpful staff. Professionals to say the least. Their flower selection is usually decent...BUT...the wide variety of selection just isn't there. I relocated from Stanislaus county last year & was dismayed at my choices up here, let alone the duck in drive from gerber!! All in all...for the north state, ITS THE 530 Collective or nothing for me.

I have to take my hat off to 530 collective! Being one of the only 2 clubs in the county, they flex that hard. 530 used to give out bottles of water to their patients, they used to give a 10% discount for wearing their apparel, they used to have a decent stamp card program, they used to have decent prices, the customer service used to be decent. My last trip in was my last. Over the last 4 months the 530 has decided that people will come buy from them no matter how they treat people so they slowly took away all the things that made them a little better than the competition. First thing to go was customer service, the second, free bottle of water, third, stamp card and fourth, the 10% discount for wearing their apparel. Now when you go into 530, you have no choice but to deal with the kids they leave to tend the place and the attitudes that come with that. What really gets me going is that I paid $35 for a beanie with the 530 logo on it, not because I'm a huge fan, but because I was promised a 10% discount on EVERY PURCHASE, for as long as I own the hat, or so I was told. Yesterday I went in and spent a couple hundred dollars as usual only to be met by arrogance. I was informed that the stamp card program had been ended and I wouldn't be getting credit for the stamps I had already aquried. When it came time for my 10% discount, I was informed that was no longer available even though I was wearing their apparel. When I questioned these things, I was handled rudely and unprofessionally. My main gripe was that I didn't get my 10% discount, I was told that it had more than paid for its self since I got it and I shouldn't be upset. I wouldn't have been upset if when I bought the $35 beanie they told me it had a shelf life, but they didn't. They lied to my face just to get a sale. I was told I would get that discount for life if I bought that hat and wore it in every time. That wasn't the case. I didn't even complain when the price went up and the quality went down, you guys are a joke and I will do what I can to spread the word until you are shut down. 530, due to the kids you chose to hire, due to your greedy ways, due to your arrogance and bad customer service.... I will no longer be a patient, I will no longer say good things about your establishment. Instead, my money will go to your competitors, my words will be unkind towards your practice. You guys just got to greedy.... Plain and simple.
