Feedback:

I tried 18 Grams because it was recommended to me by a friend. I was certainly impressed. I order a Vietnamese Hazelnut Coffee with light ice for $4.00 and the guys says if you want light ice it’ll have to be a short. I said that was fine. The next time I try a drink, I ordered the same thing and the same grumpy guy says that’ll be a short for the same price $4.00 which should be a small. This time he hands me a drink with less milk in it and it’s shorter than a short. First of all he’s fussing over extra milk because he can’t add extra ice and save what he’s actually adding into the drink. Second of all he’s reducing the size of my drink to make up for light ice but proceeded to give me less than a short. I was done with this place. They obviously are fussing over small amounts of ice and milk. The drinks are very yummy but for such a trendy hip place they’re cheap and fighting over light ice. Good quality coffee but totally overpriced. If I’m desperate I’ll return but for a $4.00 coffee that’s small like a shot, I’ll pass. I’ll stick to Dutch Brothers or Starbucks it make my own.
